SOL SKY BAR — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Almost everyday at the end of our vacation we would visit the Skybar to get a drink or two and always left with such a great experience. I would like to shout out my boys, John and his supervisor at the skybar. Both of them were always super friendly and smiling and made us feel so welcomed and at home. We enjoyed the conversations and memories we made at the skybar. The happy hour deals were pretty good too since I didn't see alot of other skybars have a buy 2 get one free deal. Also our server john made us personalized shots with pandan flavour to represent me & my partner and our relationship which was super sweet and such a nice gesture. Nice place to chill and relax with the view of the city. The drinks were nice and unique. Service was good. Rico checked in with us frequently, ensuring we were enjoying ourselves, and even offered us a drink with him. Hospitality was wonderful. We went late though, kitchen was closed and so we couldn't get a dessert (they were only left with appetizers). As such, can't give ratings on the food. But we will be back next time for a drink and some food. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Update: we were back a 2nd time and like the first time, we were treated with warm hospitality. We managed to get the dessert this time round and it was warm and nice on a chilly night. This place was one of the best stops we made in Hanoi. Not only was it beautiful with the best view of the city at sunset, but we met Johnny. Johnny is one of the wonderful bar staff who not only has top-notch photography skills and knowledge, but saved a massive part of our trip overall. He warned us about a typhoon heading to our next location with enough time for us to change our plans, and then when my partner left his iPhone in a Grab on the way to the airport, Johnny went to collect it from the depot and send it back.
