I'm convinced the owners of this shop have proliferated their Google page with fake reviews.
Our order was item 1A, being Premium Oolong Tea with Fresh Mango and Cream Cheese (B-size). After being prompted, we also added jelly for an additional 10,000VND, bringing the total cost to 95,000VND.
The taste of the tea had no resemblance of premium, as promised. We're convinced they gave us an S or M size drink, with barely 750mL of tea in our cup. By forgetting to add the jelly, the shop also failed to prepare the drink as ordered. With no seating area, we had already left the district before realizing their error. Finally, the "fresh" mango slivers had remnants of the mango seed, making our fruit completely inedible and a choking hazard.
No plastic stools at this shop, but the proprietor uses an abundance of single-use plastic waste, including straws, cups, spoons, lids, bags, and packaging. This preference for profits over waste was evident with the amount of garbage that was on display at their storefront.
Given the abundance of choice for beverages in Hanoi, we would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone who is thirsty.
