Cabanon — Restaurant in Hội An

That's my honored to have a very nice dinner at this French restaurant. The staff was so friendly and I felt very welcomed and greetings by staff when I looked at their menu. The owners were actually from France originally. I ordered a duck breast with a glass of mango juice. The duck breast was medium rare perfectly. You can't beat the view with the riverfront. The location was perfect. It's located at the corner of riverbank. It is perfectly to have a relaxed dinner to get away all the craziness. My family really loved this place. We had a lovely time and went twice within the week we were in Danang and Hoi An. We loved the Duck Confit, their French Burger, Carbonara and drinks. The service was also very good and they were very friendly to us. Price wise: 6 pax having a meal each, sides, Crepes (they were so nice!) and drinks and having a good view of the Hoi An river for SGD130, i think it was quite decent. Not the cheapest place but you know it is authentic when there are many french visitors at the restaurant. I know I'll be back there if i do visit Hoi An again. Check this out, i.e eat here, when in Hoi An. One could say that I am biased because I could show off my French language skill, but even without that, one cannot fault this place. We went 2 evenings for dinner and were anything but disappointed. Food is excellent across the whole menu, prices are almost ridiculously low for the quality and defo when compared to hotel restaurants or any of your home countries. The atmosphere is super relaxed, the welcome and service warm. Outside the Hoi An lampion boats float by, as seen from the balcony, inside enjoy a Picon or Monaco ! Warmly...
