French archtecture of this restaurant is something that always have a place in my heart of its classic and beauty. But I still have some opinion about my food. The cơm gà's chicken still dry, the carrot and daikon should be pickled with sweet and sour traditional flavor of Vietnamese pickles. The rice still not flavourful enough and I suggest to add a bit ginger when chefs cook the rice with chicken broth. The cao lầu is kinda good but nothing too special than other restaurants. We also ordered the 1st combo in the Vietnamese combo. The nem lụi is kinda juicy but still less flavourful and its char. The bánh xèo only have bean sprouts and cake when in the other hand, the classic bánh xèo have prawns and pork. The chicken thigh go with salad is not flavourful enough and doesn't have the chicken's tender flavour. But I'm please with the service here. The waiters are kind and always help us when we need. We also have free watermelon dessert and its kinda delicious:). They also ask us to give some opinion about their food. I hope the restaurant can improve the food quality to go along well with the environment and the service...
