My mother fiancé & myself arrived at the coffee place after eating street banh mi next door. We were waiting in the queue when my fiance asked to use the toilet, they said only if you buy something, to which he explained yes we are getting coffee, but told you need to wait & purchase & pay first, even though 3 of us were there waiting to order, they publicly made him wait to order buy & make the coffee before they let him inside.. I understand you need to purchase to use facilities but they way we were spoken to & made to feel, with everybody who works there watching us like we were problem, also the fact 3 of us were waiting to order..
