Highlands Coffee Nguyen Phuc Chu — Restaurant in Hội An

This is the first time I have given a one star rating to a Highlands Coffee outlet. I ordered my usual Tea with Peach Jelly. To my shock, my order arrived with milk. I am allergic to milk, it makes me sick. I have ordered this drink so many times at other outlets and never once was milk added. I had to argue with the counter staff, this girl called Cam Vy. She at first refused to give me this drink, saying I have to order another one not to have milk added. Then she started to throw a tantrum by throwings things around loudly. I felt belittled by the staff in this restaurant. I wanted a combo coffee and croissant but the staff member kept saying it wasn't available (even though it was on the menu) so I ordered a coffee and croissant separately which of course cost more - I also asked for a salt coffee but got a normal coffee - I could not be bothered taking it back to be put through the same behaviour already experienced. Whilst I didn't understand the language I certainly understood the body language and the laughter and continued attitude that the staff appeared to direct at me. We were at the highlands Hoi An at 6.25. It opens at 6.30. The coffee shop was allready open and we were waiting inside for somebody from the staff to make us coffee and a sandwich. Other people were also waiting. Then a girl/staff arrives on a scooter she goes inside and tells us the shop will open at seven. Why? Shop advertised opening at 6.30.
