The best Banh Mi Chay with specialty is Vegan Beef Ham. Their pate (vegan liver sauce) is made from mushroom and tofu. Before regrill the bread, he brushes a layer of butter which really boost the taste further. Chili sauce was a kick and blend well in every of your bite. Sauce is well made and the bread is well seasoning overall. We had 3 banh mi once. Now writing this triggering me to buy more from them. Plus point, The seller is very kind and truly a Buddhism learner. He said this stall is founded by a temple and all profit is donated to support poor people. They usually make 500-700 breads and visit hospitals around to give away to poor patients. A great cause to keep supporting them.

This was actually recommended by my landlord to try as I was looking for the BEST ban mhi in town. I have tried the other top 2 ban mhi places recommended by anthony Bourdain during his travels. Not bad but… This is far my favourite and won my heart and my pallette. I recommend to try the world class bread as it consists of different mock meats and egg that has the perfect mix
