I ain’t too familiar with the area. I mean FGS, when I left the country, there was just a simple park; now it has a beautiful underground mall. HCM city, what a great leap of arch! Love it. Anyhow, since I have no idea the cafe place is underground plus the Grab boy isn’t too familiar with the area either…we are lost for a long minutes there. From the Google photos, the place seems spacious with a tall woody gate…lolz, srsly, who would have thought?! It is crowded when the two of us arrive. Not much space for photo. I am truly disappointed at how (un-spacious) the place is. It has nothing to do with the cafe but my own expectation (from the google photos). I thought it was a huge green cover cafe house with little lake and decor fountains… Nvm!

Food: average. There is no highlight with our food. Drinks are mediocre. I had better with that price. (The expresso shot ain’t strong at all. We end up go to another place for another shot).

Service: also average. Not attentive at all. Our waitress is nice, she just doesn’t have the info we are asking for or has much recommendation of the dishes. We are interested in quite a few things however; because of said, we only order two humble dishes, which said earlier, not great either.

A return visit? Perhaps if I am in the neighborhood again with fam members. Otherwise, likely a no (it’s too hot though we sit next to...

The restaurant in question has a reputation for serving subpar food that attempts to blend Asian and American cuisine but falls short in quality. Despite being overpriced, the food fails to impress customers, leading to a lack of business and negative reviews. Despite claiming to be popular on Google, the reality is quite different as the restaurant struggles to attract customers due to its poor food quality and high prices. Try to return unopened water but she told me that because it hit my table it was unable to return. That completely frustrating. The only thing I like was the mushroom appetizer in the shell. Caesar salad was overdressed. The chicken pesto penne noodles were over cooked, the chicken was dry, and they added too much salt. Grilled chicken app looked good, but is dry. They told her party to order in advance and I thought that was due because it was so busy but actually it’s because not sure why. I wish we didn’t pre order because there were other options not listed on the online menu. Maybe my impression of this place would be better if what I saw on their menu in person and what was online was the same. I will never return to a place like this. The staff was nice though other than the water thing. He told us his manager said we couldn’t return the unopened bottle of water so the manager is pretty crappy. Not the staff the manager let me...

Avoid. Go elsewhere. The worst place I've eaten in Vietnam, by a far margin. It's a fancy instagram-happy place, with underwhelming food, multiple menu items missing, and it's overpriced for what it offers. On top of it, they charge the tax (not included) and service fee (regardless of my complaints). We were a young family, and could not go somewhere else outside as there was a storm. not family friendly as they wouldn't serve juice or tea at 7pm and didn't have a non-spicy pasta sauce for meatballs we ordered pastas to try to be safe, and because they ran out of margarita pizza (how is that possible?), but the pasta sauces were watery and it felt like someone had cooked them for the first time (3 different types, all bad). The 3 tiny meatballs had anything but meat some equipment started to catch on fire and the smoke smell went everywhere and got us worried as the place is all made of wood poor waiter was an apology machine as we were getting one disappointment after another

I didn't try to be picky at all, but if you want to put such price tag and charge a service fee, you should make it worth it. They still mentioned later a "soft-opening" status, but the place has already multiple reviews and it is charging premium for the service, so nothing...
