A Memorable Culinary Experience at an Organic Restaurant in Sa Pa

I had the pleasure of dining at this organic restaurant in Sa Pa, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the warm hospitality of Tim, Singh, and their team to the delectable food that left a lasting impression, every aspect of my visit was truly remarkable.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by Tim and his friendly team. Their genuine smiles and attentive nature created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. What stood out the most was their dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience, ensuring that every guest felt valued and comfortable.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu boasted a wide range of organic dishes, and I was particularly intrigued by the Dawn Salad that had been highly recommended. When it arrived at my table, I was captivated by its vibrant colours and fresh aroma. The combination of crisp organic greens, perfectly ripened fruits, and a delightful dressing was a symphony of flavours that danced on my palate. It was truly a culinary masterpiece that I still find myself daydreaming about.

Beyond the Dawn Salad, the entire menu was a celebration of organic ingredients sourced locally. Each dish showcased the natural flavors and textures of the ingredients, allowing them to shine in their purest form. From the succulent grilled vegetables to the tender, sustainably-raised meats, every bite was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality and sustainability. This commitment to ethical sourcing not only added to the overall experience but also made me appreciate the restaurant's values.

In conclusion, my visit to this organic restaurant in Sa Pa was an absolute delight. Tim and his team's warm hospitality, combined with the incredible food, created an unforgettable dining experience. If you find yourself in Sa Pa, I highly recommend paying a visit to this establishment. Indulge in their organic delights, and let your taste buds be transported to a world of...

Tim's Sapa Kitchen in Sapa, Vietnam, delivers an unforgettable culinary experience, perfect for brunch lovers. We had the pleasure of dining there twice, and each meal left us more impressed than the last.

One of our favorite dishes was the Sapa Highland Dimsum and vegetables with mushroom soup. This vibrant and nourishing soup was brimming with fresh vegetables and tender dim sum, offering a comforting and hearty start to our day.

Next, we savored a beautifully presented Sapa Salmon. The perfectly cooked salmon was artfully drizzled with a rich pumpkin sauce and accompanied by a flavorful, colorful side. The balance of textures and flavors was simply delightful.

Another standout was the pork belly with sticky rice. The pork belly had a crispy exterior and succulent interior, perfectly complemented by the sticky rice. It was topped with an intricate garnish that added a touch of elegance, and the accompanying sauces provided an extra layer of depth and complexity to the dish.

For dessert, we indulged in the yoghurt with wild honey and mixed fruits. This refreshing treat featured creamy yoghurt paired wonderfully with the sweet, juicy dragon fruit and mango, and the drizzle of wild honey added a perfect touch of natural sweetness.

The attention to detail, the freshness of the ingredients, and the exquisite presentation of each dish truly set Tim's Sapa Kitchen apart. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this spot is a must-visit for a delightful brunch experience. Highly...

Me and my partner travelled to Sa Pa in January, it was freezing cold! We were looking for a place to eat and seen a gorgeous looking restaurant which stated "warm and cosy" inside. We quickly ran inside and we are so glad we did!! This restaurant was gorgeous, and paid very close attention to detail! Even the forks were beautiful. We admired everything.

The staff were so friendly and kind, setting a heat lamp up for us to keep us warm. The food was the most amazing food I've tried, Michelin star quality and we tried about 9 things on the menu. Nothing to complain about, could eat it again and again!

The owner sat and spoke to us for roughly an hour, about culture and the world. We had an amazing time with her, and her English is perfect! She introduced us to her husband and small son - it is a family business and you can tell there is so much love in everything they do.

The menu catered to all eating preferences - and if not they would definitely accommodate you. The owner continually checked my allergies to certain foods, making sure I was always safe, and food always came out hot!

Honestly I don't usually leave reviews, let alone big ones, but this place truly deserves all the success in the world. I cannot wait to come again in the summer, and chat to the owner some more, and see all they have achieved as a family.

Best...

If you want to eat to a bit more fancy vegan food, Tim’s Sa Pa restaurant is definitely a good place to go in Sa Pa. We went here on new year’s eve, and decided not to go with the special set menu (which was agreed upon before coming). I don’t know if it was because of this, but it really felt they wanted us to get out quickly so they could focus on the other guests that did have the set menu. First they offered to make our reservation earlier so it would be less busy (which we declined) and during our diner they also repeatedly felt hurried. They wanted us to order everything at once, because it would be busy soon. When we left two hours later (after having drank a lot of tea as dessert to not be out of the restaurant after 40 minutes) the place was still mostly empty, so we really didn’t understand the rush. Maybe this had to do with new year’s eve and you won’t notice any of it, but it did impact this special night for us. All that said, the food was delicious. I can recommend the tofu on hotstone very much, as well as the tempura and papaya salad. The green curry was not so special but still tasty. We paid 750k total but this includes a few 100k of drinks. Bonus is that they sell kombucha
