We traveled to Armenia and wanted to see as many places as possible, so we booked multiple tours with One Way Tours. The booking and payment process was extremely easy and seamless, and their prices are very affordable for the quality of service provided.
Our first tour was Khor Virap, and the scenery was simply breathtaking. Our guide, Mery, was very generous with information and made the experience richer with her knowledge. However, the driving on this day was a downside — our driver, Edgar, was driving too fast, and the bumpy roads made the ride uncomfortable. Luggage kept falling during the trip, and we woke up multiple times because of the jolts. Even though he drove fast, the schedule still didn’t leave enough time for proper breaks. For lunch, we stopped at a food court and had only about 40 minutes to choose, order, and eat — and with several other tours arriving at once, it felt rushed.
The second day was a completely different experience. We visited Garni and Geghard, and our guide, Areni, was absolutely amazing — very friendly, informative, and gave us plenty of time at each stop. Our driver, Hunan, was one of the best I’ve ever had: he drove safely, slowed down for every bump, and navigated roadworks with care. A true professional tour driver!
Overall, I loved my experience with One Way Tours. Their guides are knowledgeable, their prices are fantastic, and when you get the right driver-guide combination, the tours are unforgettable. I would happily book with them again and recommend them to others...
Read moreThe tour was amazing. We started off at 7 am (very punctually which was really good) and Moushegh was the tour guide with interesting and amazing facts. We visited a food court at first and then went to Shaki waterfalls and the tour guide was amazing at not only explaining but also helping us take photos and grasping our interest with facts about every place we visited. We then went to khndzoresk and the bridge was great. The tour guide gave us plenty of time to take photos and go on the bridge. We then went to tatev vank with the wings of tatev cable car (the longest reversible one in the world!) and even there the tour was set out perfectly letting us have plenty of time for photos and Moushegh was once again amazing in his explanations. I specifically loved learning about the khachkars in tatev. We finished off with a areni winery wine testing which is the perfect end to a really enjoyable tour. I have to say I was dreading the car ride but the tour guide Moushegh was able to make it really fun and enjoyable with small quizzes on the information he gave and the very nice and upbeat music. I 100% recommend this tour for everyone visiting Armenia or even living...
Read moreI had a wonderful experience with this travel agency. Everything was well-organized, comfortable, and perfectly planned. I want to thank my tour guides - Marie, Sndbad and Anahit who were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the trips. They made every destination come alive with their deep knowledge, cheerful attitude, and genuine care for everyone in the group.
Though everyone is professional but I personally would want to recommend Anahit, her passion for Armenia and attention to detail turned my holiday into an unforgettable experience.
A special word of appreciation to the front desk team — Narine, Shushan, and others — for their kindness, patience, and warm hospitality. They were incredibly helpful in explaining all the tour options, answering every question with a smile, and making the booking process so smooth. Their friendly attitude made me feel very welcome and comfortable right from the start.
Overall, I highly recommend One Way Tour to anyone visiting Yerevan and looking for reliable, budget-friendly, and well-coordinated group tours — you’ll be in great hands!
Thank you again to the whole team for such a pleasant...
