The Village Grocery Store — Attraction in New Providence

1.5 L Dasani water is $4.40! Crazy! The souvenir shop across from Anthony's seafood and Ribs by Dunkin Donuts was $3.35! Go there instead for water. This little grocery store is good if you're looking for convenience.

A cheaper option, across the bridge, is the Super Value Food Store. 20 min walk for us from the Coral at Atlantis, but you have to walk over the bridge and the uphill may be tiring for some. Same bottle of water was $1.70. Doritos was almost $7 and same with a large box of chips ahoy. Lays chips was $3. Just don't go at night, it wasn't well lit and kind of scary. But don't worry lots of tourist in that grocery store. Huge selection. As you can see, Bahamas...

Pros: Location if staying at any of the Atlantis hotels. Fair selection for it's small size. "Better" prices than at the hotels.

Cons: Location = expect to pay high prices (i.e. 10USD for a box of cereal).

They saved us money because Atlantis Resort is ridiculously expensive. Everything is going to be about 1.5-2 times more expensive than the cost in a US store but on the resort they're charging like 3-6 times the normal price for items.
