Emperor Cinemas (iSQUARE) — Attraction in Hong Kong

I hate this company. Wanted to change a ticket to an earlier time. Their policy states no exchanges or refunds. It is the dumbest policy that could exist for a theatre. We would have taken a seat that wasn't sold and they could have resold the ticket for the later show. There was a no loss situation there! I have changed tickets at Broadway and MCL with zero problems!!

We were NOT asking for a refund!

I get policies are policies in HK!

Now they lost me as a customer for LIFE and I will ensure that I tell everyone else not to go their movie theatres!!

Got to watch the 4k restoration of in the mood for love. They have a promo wherein you buy two ticket then fill out the form online, you'll get an A3 sized poster.

The cinema experience was nice, the screens were nice and bright, all areas were clean, and the seats were quite comfortable.

My only issue was with the food counter. I ordered buttered popcorn ans sprite but they gave me caramel popcorn, which tasted so bad with sprite.
