Such a horrible experience… Went in with friend, paid $100 per person for three game, left within 10 min Staff seems nice and helpful but couldn’t save the place from getting a 1 star review from me. Seriously darling, with love, I hope this place shuts and you guys deserves a better opportunity in work. The machine are all quite broken, half way through the e-horse racing, the vr machine broke and I was “riding” in the dark…..and the staff have to take the goggle off me and suggested me to stare at the screen instead. There’s a definitely some issue with the e-kayaking machine too… and the e-basketball is probably the only machine that kinda worked. $100 for an unpleasant experience is a little upsetting , and I will not wish this experience on anyone including the people I hate.

There was a bit of miscommunication with the staff, so I recommend making sure to book in advance before arriving. There weren't many people there when we arrived. The games turned out to be more physically challenging than we expected! We tried kayaking, bouldering, and horse racing. Bouldering really tested our grip strength; it felt like we were in an endless battle with our friends, hanging on all day. Kayaking was tricky to control, so it's best not to rush. I think the games could use some improvements, though. Overall, it was a great experience!

The staffs are nice. They guide us in using and playing the e-sport. I bought 500HKD for 50 tokens then add 200HKD for 10 tokens. Each e-sport costs 4 tokens, except for e-ski costs 10 tokens. I tried e-basketball, e-football, and e-cycling. I like e-basketball the most! While e-cycling is the most tiring I think.

I have tried calling a million times, tried calling both in the afternoon and evening on different dates … nobody seem to care enough to answer the calls …so one day I decided to go over anyway thinking maybe they are too busy to answer their calls … turned out the stadium was actually pretty empty but the staff at the front desk didn’t act like she wanted us to enter the stadium, wonder why their staffs never answer their calls and act like this ….

re: AME response, 6824 5526 is exactly the number i have tried calling or reaching via whatsapp MANY times and its been OVER a month and I still have not got one single reply from you guys and actually the staff I met in store was VERY VERY RUDE, I would like to file an...
