Such a horrible experience… Went in with friend, paid $100 per person for three game, left within 10 min Staff seems nice and helpful but couldn’t save the place from getting a 1 star review from me. Seriously darling, with love, I hope this place shuts and you guys deserves a better opportunity in work. The machine are all quite broken, half way through the e-horse racing, the vr machine broke and I was “riding” in the dark…..and the staff have to take the goggle off me and suggested me to stare at the screen instead. I have tried calling a million times, tried calling both in the afternoon and evening on different dates … nobody seem to care enough to answer the calls …so one day I decided to go over anyway thinking maybe they are too busy to answer their calls … turned out the stadium was actually pretty empty but the staff at the front desk didn’t act like she wanted us to enter the stadium, wonder why their staffs never answer their calls and act like this ….

There was a bit of miscommunication with the staff, so I recommend making sure to book in advance before arriving. There weren't many people there when we arrived. The games turned out to be more physically challenging than we expected! We tried kayaking, bouldering, and horse racing. Bouldering really tested our grip strength; it felt like we were in an endless battle with our friends, hanging on all day. Kayaking was tricky to control, so it's best not to rush.
