Beautiful property and n’hood location. Lush greenery everywhere in this n’hood. ||Book direct for best price. We booked Jr Suite and it was still what we’d pay for a Holiday Inn regular room in the US. ||Price included a LARGE buffet breakfast including made to order eggs. Very good and very representational of the local foods. ||Hotel has a gym. Photos online are accurate as to what equipment they have and it’s maintained well. The gym is not air conditioned so gets muggy/humid. They need to add more lights. It’s dark in the gym at nt. There’s also no air in the gym and it’s HUMID! Adding a tv would be helpful. Hotel WiFi did not work in the gym. ||There is a tienda grocery store less than 2 blks away. We felt safe walking there at nt. ||Several restaurants literally right down the well lit street that’s directly in front of the hotel. We only ate out one nt bc we were tired and ate plenty during the day. Went to Mojitos which was our favorite based on the decor on the street. They bring mini mojito shots to your table when you’re done (instead of after dinner mints) and even made non alcoholic ones for us when we politely declined the alcohol. Your check arrives in a treasure chest. Would love to host a wedding reception there. Beautiful with the decor and lights . We split a meal and total bill was $20. ||Our room did not have heat which was odd. It was fine with a blanket in early Feb for sleeping but mornings were cold especially after your showers. ||ATM just a few blocks over on Calle 10. Put Mondongo’s Restaurant in gps. ATM is right across the street and another approx 1 blk up. ||We did several day trip tours from Medellin. All included pick up at our hotel which was convenient: ||City/comuna/tram/street food tour - Zippy Tours|Guatape & Piedra Rock - Zippy Tours|Green Bike Mtn Bike all day tour ||Plenty of area around hotel to run if that’s important. We ran to Parque Lineal La Presidenta. The park also has outdoor fitness equipment. ||We typically book airbnbs and not hotels. Too many yrs of both of us staying in hotels for work and doesn’t feel like vacation. We chose not to do airbnb this trip merely for safety. Most rentals were in n’hoods. We wanted to be right in the midst of the tourist “path” for ease of getting around, access to walking to restaurants at night, late arrivals from the airport, etc. ||Would absolutely book this hotel again if I had to plan this trip all over. That’s always a good indication of how well we liked it or...
Read moreI had a truly enjoyable stay at Park 10 Hotel during my week in Medellin. The highlight of my experience was without a doubt the incredible team, every staff member I encountered was kind, helpful, and professional. A few who stood out were Alejandro, Alexander, Beatriz, and Francisco, but honestly, the entire staff made me feel welcome and well cared for from the moment I arrived. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made the hotel feel like a second home.||The location is also unbeatable, just a short, safe walk to a store or vibrant areas like Lleras Park and Provenza, where you’ll find fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It was the perfect base for exploring El Poblado.||My room was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced for everything that was included. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, the toiletries were well-stocked, and the room was refreshed daily. I also enjoyed the generous and varied breakfast buffet each morning and found the 24-hour room service and reception incredibly convenient.||If I had one small suggestion, it would be to continue investing in light maintenance throughout the property. A few minor things like: a loose faucet handle, hot and cold water indicators, a non-working nightlamp, a dangly magnifying mirror, and a shower door that didn’t close completely, could use attention. The foyer area could also benefit from an updated anti-slip treatment for safety. None of these affected my comfort in any meaningful way, but addressing them would help the hotel continue to match the high standards set by its outstanding staff and service.||Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Park 10 Hotel to anyone visiting Medellin. I look forward to returning on a...

Worst experience with hotel staff I have had in my entire life, no empathy and terrible customer care, if you read other recent reviews on trip advisor you will find out this is not a secluded instance, they are overbooked constantly and will try to give you any room they have.
We arrived at the hotel and Jose who was at reception admitted the hotel was overbooked and they had no rooms with King Size Bed, my reservation was for a king size bed as I need more space with the baby/kid jumping in the bed sometimes. I did not accept the Queen size room that was offered as I had paid an extra $75 USD for the suite with the king bed and there was no reimbursement offer or credit-back offer.
The manager then arrived after making me, my wife and my 1 year old wait for almost 1.5 hours late at night and told me she was sorry and that I was right my reservation was for a King size bed and that it turns out they do have the room.
Once I signed all the paper work, I received my key and surprise... the room only had a Queen Size bed, COMPLETE SCAM.. after this the reception desk literally neglected talking with me. This was just the start, once they finally brought a baby crib at almost 11pm, it was all dirty and had a bug (I actually recorded a video of them bringing in the crib that shows the actual bug, see pics). Restaurant has 1 broken baby chair and they truly don't care if you have what you need for your kid/baby or to be comfortable in your stay.
IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, STAY AT THE NOVOTEL MEDELLIN EL...
