Not impressed at all. HORRIBLE customer service, terrible host and even worse communication.
We arrived at the beach club with 90 mins of their closing the beach area. 5 of us, but the server brought 4 towels and then made us wait 5 mins before bringing the next one. We had to hail down the waiter then once we ordered, we were told the oysteria was closed. The waiter works there, doesn’t he know the time it’s closed?? Irritating.
Then when we finally got the attention of the waiter to order a second round of drinks, we were told we couldn’t order anymore even though it was 45 mins before they closed their beach area. Now we are leaving and your staff is aggressively attacking us for using the ‘wrong toilet’. Appalling behaviour.
You are happy to take our money and charge us €45 each for the 90 mins (which we didn’t complain about) but didn’t communicate the time restrictions. RUDE and arrogant customer service with inattentive staff. If I could leave a ZERO that wouldn’t even be fitting. There are much better beach clubs on this strip that actually honour their customers like C Beach and La Mome.

Read moreWe didn't find the service at the quality level as the price indicates. The staff has no attention to our table though the night. We ask the staff for what type of accomplishment there was included in our main courses and was told it was without although it was included. The need for extra accomplishment that we decided to ordered was not needed. When serving our wine we need to ask for the drink that our daughter ordered when we ordered our wine. My wife ordered a glass of Bordeaux but this was not served and we need to get the staff to check what was in the glass - and it was correct, it was not the Bordeaux we have ordered. A new bottle was opened at our table and the right glass of wine was served the second time. Normally we could have expected some apologizes or maybe the wine on given by the restaurant to compensate for the mistake, but nothing was refunded. When it was time to leave we have difficulties in getting contact to the staff - and even after we have asked for the bill we need to wait long time to get it and even longer to pay by VISA card. Read moreI cannot overstate how exceptional this restaurant was. From the service to the food to the atmosphere, everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I are on our honeymoon and have visited many establishments over the last few weeks and this by far is one of our favorites. We ordered the trilogy of seafood and the sea bass and both dishes were phenomenal, packed with so much flavor and with beautiful presentation. Our waiter also suggested a lovely bottle of white wine to accompany our meal and that, too was fantastic. Upon leaving the restaurant to head back to our cruise ship, I realized as I approached the pier that I forgot my purse on the back of my chair. I called the restaurant in a panic as my ship was due to leave within 30 minutes and I would not have time to get there and back to retrieve my bag which had my ship card and passport in it. Without hesitation the employees at the restaurant jumped into action and literally sent someone on a scooter to deliver my bag to me at the port. I truly have never experienced such kindness from complete strangers!
