DON'T GO THERE,extremely risky if something happens to you or your family inside the mall,you go to ask for help or assistance at the reception and especially at the security desk ,even though they have thousands of cameras and even though they speak English they pretend they don't understand English to not help you or even protect you and they just make you wait for hours and they laugh at you in Georgian, completely illegal behavior Last time the cleaner deliberately ran over me with his cleaning vehicle in purpose in the the first floor in front of hundreds of cameras and when i told him i will report him he chased me inside the clothing stores for several times and threatening me and he was totally drunk and smelling alcohol and no security officer came to stop him or help me and they were pretending not speaking any English and then i went to the reception to ask for help and asked them 10 times to check the hundreds of cameras to see how this drunken guy tried deliberately to run me over and to harm me in purpose and then chased me in different stores and threatened me in front of security guards and hundreds of cameras they were pretending not speaking English and they didn't even care about my safety despite i was insisting and asked them just to look at the cctv and see what this dangerous and drunken cleaning staffer did in purpose to me and he was smelling alcohol and despite i told them they have the obligation under the Georgian law to report him and report the incident to the police they just DIDN'T CARE ,anyway i will report this to the Georgian police because from what i saw and everything was recorded by hundreds of cctv this galleria tbilissi mall is A NO GO ZONE and extremely dangerous mall as even if you get assaulted the security team or the reception they JUST DON'T CARE about...

The mall is great, food items are available. My son broke a glass water bottle by mistake. We took up the broken glass and carried in hand on 3 floors searching for dustbin. On ground floor a lady is sitting with a desk and she had dustbin. We asked if we can throw here and she asked us to go to some other place pointing in opposite direction.. we were already frustrated carrying a broken glass bottle that later we left it in a plant pot- so no one can be injured. Other shocking incident happened is during night, in 2nd week of Dec 2022, it was all crowded, people were singing dancing and we were also very happy with the whole vibe. It was freezing and my husband had wallet in his jeans pocket, which he took out to keep in jacket’s pocket. In fraction of second, 6-7 kids surrounded him and tried to snatch wallet from him asking for Lari. It happened so soon that it took me moment to realize the truth as I thought kids are playing with him. Other one pulled bag from his shoulder by that time, reality dawned upon me and I shouted on that that we will not give you any Lari… the kids disappeared in seconds and we didn’t saw any of them. 2 other tourist families told us same incident happened with them. 1 of them took an extra step to go to police standing outside mall. Surprisingly, those police men refused to assist and asked him to go to Criminal Police- as they can’t do anything. Some local driver told us that those kids are not Georgian.. but at the end, from a foreigner’s eyes who visited the beautiful land of Georgia, this sad incident happened on that land.
