Ordered mushroom risotto, it was undercooked (as confirmed by 2 other friends who tried it) and after one bite we told the waiter and he asked that we wait one second while he called the manager. The manager came out a few times and just looked at our table and went back inside. 10 minutes later we eventually went inside to go get the manager ourselves. She came out and was visibly annoyed at our audacity to expect a properly cooked dish after paying for it.. First they explained that this is their standard recipe and that's how they always make it. It's not, because we've had it before.

She agreed to return it to the kitchen and we asked her to try and and she said ok.

As she turned around the manager rolled her eyes at us and sighed. We all saw it and we called her out on it.

She returned and confirmed that the dish was cooked "so-so", but that she would still eat it.

Obviously we did not receive any apology from the manager (the waiters were very nice though, especially Eka) and it was agreed that the dish would be removed from the bill.

Extremely poor service from...

I sat there for 10 minutes to get anyone to take my order even after repeatedly waving at the waitress and making eye contact with her. At the end, waited even longer to get someone's attention to pay the check. The waitress told me to pay it at the counter. At the counter barista told me to sit down and let the waitress do it. While I was waiting to understand how I should pay, the waitress spilled someone coffee. The manager made eye contact with me and looked the other way instead of managing the situation. Overall, it's a great place if you want to sit there for free, charge your phone, and use their wifi. If you are lucky to order, also great if you just want to leave without paying, because clearly no one cares. I do not recommend if you actually want to eat or drink...
