Coffeesta — Restaurant in Tbilisi

Just ordered a latte and chocolate muffin at Coffeesta in Galeria Mall and ended up throwing everything away. Watched as the two baristas reused coffee grinds to make my latte and then served it with the chocolate muffin that literally could have been used as hammer. Tried the latte and ended up with the worst aftertaste ever from a coffee. Paid and added a flavoring thinking this would help - only made it worst. Took the coffee and the muffin and explained to the two ladies that the muffin was literally a stone. They proceeded to pick it up and drop it for the clanking effect. Today, they were very rude. 10 min on the counters and both employees were busy: one with an order and the other in just organizing!!! None believed they should at least take the order. When I called the second one, she seemed bothered and her tone was rude, it seemed she wanted to slap me. When ai asked her about the offer they have (coffee and croissant), she said NO WE DON’T HAVE. We left...

They sell salads, but without dressing.

Another customer ordered a coffee and went to settle down, the waiters just rang the bell for 5 (real) minutes, at the end, the waiter went directly to the customer at his table to tell him he could have his coffee back instead of bringing it directly to him.
