I had a very bad experience today with this jewelry. One week before I went to this shop for buying nosepins and that day one guy showed me some nosepins and I selected one two nosepins and told the sales person (not remembering his name, I guess jibin or subin something. Sorry I forgot but he was a very well behaved guy), that I will come next week i.e., this weekend and as promised I went there today with my husband in the evening around 6 pm. There was rush and the salesperson were busy. One lady came and told me to sit and asked me what I wanted, once I told her I want nosepin then her question was whether diamond or gold, as I told its gold, her behavior changed and she told u have to wait sometime as all are busy. I told ok, but again she informed all are busy, customers are there and I understood that she was least interested because I was there only for a small nosepin and other customers were important, but I told its OK I will wait. I showed the same guy whom I have seen that day but she didn't even tried to call him or inform him but was going on saying that all are busy so I told anyone is fine and waited. But I was saying in-between many salesperson were roaming talking and the ladies in the shop were informing one another about us but nobody was interested. One salesguy was standing and he was telling the lady that you call anybody as it is just a nosepin. Really I was feeling very insulted and my husband also understood. Then one guy (Rahul K S), came and I smiled and asked him that u guys are not attending us because it's just a small nosepin and he didn't liked it said that u can see that all are busy in a rude way. We selected one nosepin and paid the bill. My question is whether big or small, customers are customers. Who gives a person the right to insult their valuable customer just because the customer is buying a product which is of low cost. I felt very bad because I told my husband about this shop, their collection and about that first guys good behavior and he was impressed and came with me and here I got embarrassed. To the shop owner, I want to say that even if majority of your employees are good at behavior and the customer revisit the shop, but one or two bad behavior can ruin the whole reputation. Hope someone will contact me and enquire...

Read moreI had a disappointing experience at Nakshatra Gold and Diamonds on two separate occasions. We initially visited the store after seeing their ads and hearing about their impressive collection. Unfortunately our experience was marred by poor customer service. During our first visit, the staff member seemed uninterested and mentioned he was eager to leave for the day, suggesting that we should return earlier next time. This attitude was unprofessional, as customer service should always be a priority as long as the store is open.
Despite this, we decided to make a purchase. However, when we returned a week later to exchange a piece of jewelry for one my wife had already seen, the service was even worse. We arrived around 3 pm, but the same staff member was again reluctant to assist us. He not only failed to answer our questions about the piece my wife was interested in, but also suggested we keep the original piece without showing us many alternatives. The decision of whether to keep a purchased item should be left to the customer, not the staff.
Given these repeated issues, I will not be returning to Nakshatra Gold and Diamonds, nor would I recommend...
