ZARA — Attraction in Bolzano - Bozen

This is by far the worst Zara store I’ve ever stepped into. I travel frequently for work and have visited Zara locations all over the world - from Singapore to Kazakhstan - but this one was an absolute disgrace.

The selection and interior design were acceptable, but the staff? Completely unprofessional, unfriendly, and looked like they hated being there. The girl at the register acted like I was bothering her by making a purchase. No smile, no greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. She didn’t ask if I wanted a bag - just charged me for it without saying a word. To make it worse, she was polite to the local customer before me, so it clearly felt like her rudeness was because I was a foreigner.

It’s honestly shocking that Zara’s head office allows this kind of customer service to happen. This level of rudeness and disregard for basic standards is unacceptable and damaging...

Negozio della famosa catena ZARA, si divide in tre piani: piano terra per la donna, piano sotterraneo (-1), dedicato per metà alla donna e per metà ai bambini e il primo piano per l'uomo. È evidente che puntano più sui prodotti e sulla clientela femminile ed hanno molti più articoli destinati a questa categoria. Il personale è tutto gentile e non ho mai avuto problemi, per le taglie sono disponibili a controllare se ci sono in magazzino e all'occorrenza vanno a prendere l'articolo desiderato (sempre se le priorità del negozio in quel momento sono altre, ma è difficile che questo accada). Unica cosa che ho trovato molto scomoda è il fatto che bisogno cercare tutto il negozio per vedere se ci sono dei pantaloni interessanti ad esempio. Non ci sono zone dedicate a soli pantaloni o sole camice. Per quanto questa mossa di marketing possa essere utile, rende la vita difficile al consumatore. Durante i saldi invece è tutto diviso per tipologia, ma come è facile intuire, l'ordine a volte può mancare. Prezzi che vanno in base alle proprie tasche, meglio...

That’s true the Zara in Bolzano the staffs are not kind and are very arrogant with the clients , I will write in its principal house in Spain 🇪🇸 if they can change the staffs from Bolzano the more important that staff have to speak in English too for the tourists come from England, Australia ,...
