We really regret coming here. The food tastes weird and its definitely not Thai at all. We can understand if the modification was to fit with the preferences of people here, but what was more disappointing is the service. The young, chubby girl who served us was very rude. The least you can do when you bring food to customers is saying “Enjoy” or “Here’s your food”, even in the local language; but she just left the food on the table like she was giving us alms. Zenzero è un locale accogliente e ben curato, perfetto per chi cerca piatti ben eseguiti in un’atmosfera rilassante. La cucina è un mix tra tradizione italiana e influenze asiatiche, in particolare tailandesi, con proposte che spaziano dalla focaccia pugliese con stracciatella al filetto di tonno al wasabi. La qualità degli ingredienti si sente in ogni piatto, e l’attenzione alla presentazione è sempre impeccabile.

Il personale è cortese e professionale, e contribuisce a rendere l’esperienza nel complesso piacevole. Tuttavia, per quanto apprezzi il livello della cucina, preferisco locali che riescono a fondere le influenze in un’identità più fusion, piuttosto che presentare due linee gastronomiche separate.
