Il giardino di S. Andrea al Quirinale, si trova nel centro storico di Roma, Rione I (Monti), sulla Via del Quirinale fra le chiese di S. Andrea e di S. Carlino alle Quattro Fontane, insieme al vicino giardino sempre lungo la via, dove è presente la statua equestre di Carlo Alberto costituiscono un oasi di verde nella zona.

Il giardino esiste dal 1888 ma è stato aperto al pubblico dal 1969 (grazie al Presidente Giuseppe Saragat), anche se è comunale solo dal 1998.

Il giardino fu curato direttamente dal giardiniere reale che creò un un’opera mirabile, con scalinate, fontane alberi e aiuole varie.

Quasi al centro è presente una grande fontana, formata da una roccia dalla quale zampillava l’acqua verso un bacino a fior di terra. Mentre un’altra piccola fontana è ancora funzionante e da un mascherone cubico zampilla dell’acqua da una cannella che si riversa su una grezza vaschetta e che a sua volta tracimando si riversa su una vasca.

Essendo il giardini su più livelli, vi sono diverse scalinate, ornate con vari reperti archeologici.

All’interno è presente anche un piccolo parco giochi per bambini.

Nel 2014 è stato inaugurato il monumento " Carabinieri nella tormenta" per i 200 anni dell’Arma dei Carabinieri (Per questo è presente una recensione a parte).
