Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall — Attraction in Subang Jaya

Had been a regular customer to this Sunway Pyramid mall.

At the very beginning, I have to say this place is truly amazing and fantastic. This wonderful Sunway pyramid is located at the Sunway city. The lighting system of this pyramid is no doubt excellent. There are few idols standing at the brink of the wall and above there is dome. Just beside the Sunway pyramid, there are many shopping centers where you can buy different types of necessary things. From all around the world huge number of visitors come to visit this place and captured the remarkable time. This looks very stunning in the night artificial light. I hope you also can visit and see the beauty of this pyramid. It is the Malaysia largest Sunway Pyramid outlet. FYI, they just got their TGV cinema for renovation and reopen recently, last time i went to watch movie with my family the new look cinema is very comfortable. 😎

I like as they have the sunway pyramid member card, member day and variety of food. I like the lavender bread store, porridge store beside it, simple life...i love to have my favorite food which is chicken rice there..the shop is always clean and neat..The waiters also very friendly treating. Besides that, I do enjoy they do have fresh vegetable and meat choice in the market.The large Pakson.also they have the place of ice skating it was really awesome experience and also pyramid have Nando's its my favorite restaurant ever.

Sometimes, they will have some great event such as Astro had event in Jusco Bukit Tinggi and invited with few TVB drama's celebrity.👌💕💖 There's always a crowd but on weekends it is very crowded especially if it is school or public holidays. So it may be a bit hard to get parking space but there are other ways like using Grab (There's a proper pick up / drop off point at the lobby).

I should mention that all the Celebration month which as new year,Chinese new year, hari raya , deepavali and Christmas time the mall is extra shine with the decorations.. Inside the pyramid mall, they also have a big popular bookstore, daiso japan, machines, microsoft, oppo, samsung, green box and others and many kind of brandy shops.❤

Today, I just visit Digi store and their service is friendly. I need to get the normal sim card to be cut into nano sim. They cut it without extra charges. However, if you wish to change from micro sim to nano sim, they need to charge RM10.60 for a sim card replacement.

Recommend you to get their member card for car parking discount. It save a lot. Revisit?...

Never have I encountered a horrible customer service, and this coming from an award winning developer. Pls train your staffs to put up notice way before turn off if the car park exit credit card machine is offline. Both exit gate were offline and two cars (one of it mine) was stuck. Unable to scan our cc, and I don't have tng balance to check out (worse phone line non existent so cannot top up in the car) Dialed intercom, no answer. A Car behind started honking. Guards came to help, unable to because they don't know what is cc machine offline. The car driver behind came out to scold me, assuming that I entered the mall too fast and my number plate wasn't captured, n that's why I cannot exit. If it didn't capture, it wouldn't have appeared 'xxx1234 1 hr 56mins please pay RM 2' now would it? OK nevermind, guard asked to wait. The other car got their tng and passed. Waited for 10 mins. No one could help because guard said management tak jawab. Ask me wait somemore. With horrible line, i googled your management office and called. When answered, I told my problem, but was transfered to 'car park dept'.. Of coz there's not gonna be an answer cuz here walkie talkie also no answer... So the line died due to no answer. I called the hotline again, this time no one answered. Deliberately or what it's for u to judge, but to me, your staff either lazy or got no staff to handle this. I reversed and parked my car and went to management office. Cp6. Lady reception was the one who answered my call eaier seemed to be so busy .she even asked me to go to customer service don't know what floor ,but I just looked at her and said no, I don't know where it is. Asked me to wait because need to call car park again. Seriously... Someone answered, and she told the problem, only to be replied the same as above 'ur car too fast at entry, cannot scan'. If really so common, I think u should come up with a better solution.... But still, this wasn't my case. Finally someone from parking dept, wahab came to cp6. Brought me down and let me out. He apologised and let me out foc. But seriously, all this due to a offline machine. I get honked, yelled like it was my problem...
