Wise Cicada — Attraction in Waitematā

I placed an order online with Wise Cicada nearly 2 months ago and still have not received the order. No one bothered to follow up with me over email letting me know the status of the order, so I've called them at least 3 times, emailed them many times (which I still have never received a response), and have even gone into the store TWICE now asking for a refund. Each of the times I'm told that someone will follow up with me, etc etc, but then no one ever does. I asked for a refund about a month ago now, and have yet to receive my money back. I'd definitely think twice before ordering anything online from them (they may just take your money and never send you what you ordered) and in the future I will definitely not be even visiting their store. This is reprehensible...

If you're a neo-hippie like most of my friends, you probably frequent this shop for your organic, fair-trade, eco-friendly, vegan coconut water :) It's a pretty rad store that has everything you might need, but just more of a naturally-based, light-carbon-footprint version.

The store's layout is quite nice. There's a cosmetic section immediately to your left as you enter, a discounted section in the middle near the Earth stones, then all your non-perishable food items near the back of the shop. A small assortment of fruits and veggies can be found towards the front of the store facing the cash wrap. There's even a vegan-friendly cafe (albeit an expensive one) to the right of the store.

Went for the holiday special brunch. It was quite disappointing. First, no toast at all on anyone's plate and no explanation, despite it being clearly in the he picture and one of only four items in the special. Then, much of it was cold, Especially the wedges. The two I was with just ate it but I returned it and got it back after they had finished. Also, the wedges and sausages were fried.
