Fantastic place. We ordered way too much for two but even when we were full, we still kept eating because it was just that good! I literally liked everything about this place. First of all the food; I never ever tasted ribs that good. We got a kilogram of different ribs and kept fighting about which ones were best. All the sides we ordered were delicious too. My friend oved the beer selection and I was trying to savour my gleintwein because I know I probably won't have another one like it anywhere else. The ambience of the place was very welcoming and although it's a huge restaurant it was super cozy, loved the interior design of the place. The waiters very great too. Always attentive and checked on us all the time to take empty plates away and fill up on drinks. The location, well it speaks for itself, it was perfect. The food is great, but staff quality is getting worse almost every month... “Side dish”, for example baked young potato, in their opinion is a “separate dish”, which they bring you 20 min before main dish... You can see 5-6 free waiters chatting happily at the door but none of them seems to be interested in taking your order. when I asked one of them, who was just standing next to me, and looking at my table, to take my order, please - he just moved his arms and said “it’s not my table”... and walked away... :/ staff seems to be very bored and unhappy with their work... Terrible experience as I said moth by month is getting worse... PS. It’s very useful to have noise-cancelling headphones... otherwise the volume level of music makes you almost deaf. I decided to give this place a chance, previous visits the staff were very grumpy and non attentive, however I heard the food was great. To my absolute astonishment this time 23 August around 1pm, we sat outside, there was lots of staff, but they ignored us, we caught the attention of one member of staff,she smiled then walked off into the bar, we noticed one other couple left as they too were being ignored, this place has got to be the worst service in Moscow, I will never return and recommend that nobody goes there, I can't comment on the food as I did not even get to the point of being offered a menu.
