Pizza Hut Hötorget — Restaurant in Stockholm

This place was amazingly bad. We went in, there was a huge sign that said "Wait to be seated". We stood there for 10 minutes without any serving nor getting a look from the servants. Then we thought that the sign is forgotten there and that we should go to a table ourselves. We went, then immediately we had the attention by the servants, they yelling "THERE IS A HUGE SIGN SAYING YOU SHOULD STAND THERE WAITING TO BE SERVED!". We friendly told the situation and the servant let us sit on a table. Then, 30 minutes later, without getting any service, we saw the two servants speaking to each other ang laugh, I went to the servant asking what's taking so long. She got angry saying "we are speaking about this work, and you dont know if we are speaking about the food we are making for you!". Well, I told het that i know you are not speaking about the food we would like to order, because you never came to our table to get our order. She got angry again and told me to go to our table and she would come to get our order. I went to the table, waited about 5 minutes again, and got really frustrated with my entourage. We decided to get away and choose another restaurant. Now we are here, ordered some food, got a smile from the servant and enjoying good food. Long story short: Never go to Pizza Hut, because of the worst servants...

We wanted a table for 8 people. We saw that there were several tables free. The waiter says there is no free table, everyone is resettled, although there were no signs reserved for all the free tables. We had to force the waiter to let us in because we were all hungry and tired. At the end, the waiter allowed us to enter the restaurant and set the menus. We waited for half an hour until someone comes and takes orders. We wanted to order not only pizza but also pasta and salads because the menu had such an offer and it was Saturday around 14:00. The waiter tells us that there are only pizzas on offer, but we saw other guests also eat salads and pasta and we asked the waiter why other guests eat salads or pasta why they lie. But he ignored this question. Then we insulted and went away. We are very disappointed and it was a very terrible experience and disgusting attitude...

I understand that Pizza Hut is a fast food restaurant — I’m not expecting fine dining. But my recent visit was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a casual dining place.

The staff, including the waitress serving our table, were all gathered around the bar, laughing loudly and acting more like a group of high schoolers hanging out than employees serving customers. It created a really unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere.

No one checked on us, no basic courtesy, no service mindset. It felt like we were interrupting their social hour just by being there. It gave off bad vibes from the start and completely ruined the experience.

To the management: I’m not leaving this review just to get a generic copy-paste apology. I’d actually like to see someone take this seriously and make some real changes to how this location is run. Customers...
