If I could give a negative score, I would. We were a party of 6 trying to have a nice Thai massage to round off a hectic day of shopping and feasting and had enquired earlier at the near Lek and Pela massage stores, but they were fully booked. At Lek and Pela, the rates were 450thb for one hour massage and 650thb for 90minutes and 800thb for 2 hours
When we went into ThaiThai, the first thing they told us was that all other massage options are not available and they only have their promotional 5 in 1 massage which started from 650thb for 1 hour and 800thb for 90mins. That should have been the first red flag but we wanted a massage badly and still proceeded with the one hour package.
Now, as for their signature 5 in 1 massage, they started off with leg massage, followed by the hands and shoulder, then the head and scalp and then the back…. Except that this was exactly what every other massage store offers as a standard massage
The masseur I had had no technique whatsoever and spent the time rubbing my legs with oil and that irritated me a little. To give credit where it is due, the shoulder and back massage was slightly better

Read moreDefinitely would not recommend. We made an appointment for a 60min coconut oil massage and a 30min head massage as add-on (2pax). First major red flag was that they never asked us about pressure, or if we had any areas they needed to avoid or pay attention to. Second red flag was that my therapist helped herself on and off the table multiple times by putting her hand in the middle of my spine. She massaged me for about 30min with varying pressure and speed, not paying any attention to specific tight spots, it all felt super inexperienced. She then got out some hot herbal compresses and literally smacked me with them for another 30min (this wasn't in the menu description). She was running late so then rushed massaging my front, even asking me to help her by putting on the herbal compress myself on my arms while she quickly did my legs. We then finished with a rushed 10min head massage. I literally got out and asked my friend what the hell we booked. My friend certainly did not have such an aggressive experience, and seemed to also have received an okay massage. It's super hit or miss here so I definitely would...
Read moreWent to this place due to the good reviews, but was not what I was expecting.
Asked the receptionist what’s the latest time for a 90 minutes massage, they told me 2230 was the latest time slot.
Although I was slightly late (arrived at 2232), the massage still ended way earlier than it should have (2355).
I thought it was unethical but did not say much as I knew they were closing at 0000. However, when we went out of the store, could see that there were still some customers inside doing leg massages. So why were we shortchanged?
Moving on to the massage… Went there with my girlfriend, didn’t even request for connecting rooms but got it instead (which was not an issue at the start), until the 2 masseuses started talking to each other (probably about 30-40% of the time) and when they started talking to each other, both got distracted and it was either 50% force or 200% force which was not ideal for any of us.
Despite this, massage was solid just that the service was bad. If you don’t mind the bad service + the tendency to hear other people when getting massaged, then this is the...
