Al Fattan Properties LLC — Attraction in Dubai

Living in Al Fattan Marine Tower, JBR, has been incredibly disappointing due to the poor building management. The guest drop-off and pick-up services are chaotic and frustrating; it’s almost impossible for guests to arrive or leave without a hassle. Management has done little to address this, despite multiple complaints.

Additionally, the apartments have serious issues with mold, which is not only unpleasant but also a health risk. Building management seems indifferent to these concerns and has been slow, if not completely unresponsive, in providing solutions. Humidity in building never goes below 80%. Even cleaning a/c duct doesn’t help, mold comes back quick. Full renovation have been done in this apartment 1 year and half ago, and already everything is started to cover in mold.

Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor service, and unhealthy living conditions make this building far below the standards one would expect in JBR. I would not recommend Al Fattan Marine Tower to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to...

Absolutely do NOT stay here — this was a nightmare experience! Qstay offers the most appalling service I’ve ever encountered. The apartment was in a disgraceful condition — there was mould, a broken bathtub, and a curtain rail that actually fell on my baby! This is beyond unacceptable and dangerous.

Their customer service was completely useless. They clearly don’t care about your safety or comfort — just about taking your money. The photos they advertise are misleading and don’t show the true state of the place.
