Lush Spa Oxford Street — Attraction in London

Update sept 2024 - I love this store!! Its massive , 3 floors of joy. I have met many fabulous staff here, i cant remember everyones name sorry! The lovely casper has been super helpful giving me a consultation for new face products which are now a bargain in the freshers box. I got £40 worth of products for £20! My mum and i have really enjoyed our chats with Casper and will look forward to chatting again soon!

kawthar has been so kind to me, so warm and welcoming. We have spent lots of time chatting about all the new releases and going through the products in store. Its such a personal service. But if you would prefer then you can shop without any assistance. I was also gifted the pumpkin soap by Kawthar! So generous and in time for my birthday! What a treat.

The store offers a new hair service , hand and feet massages , a beautiful spa, bath bombs, bubble bars, face masks, cleansers, gift sets, perfume, body spray and lots more.

There are many other staff who have been very kind and knowledgeable , i just cant remember everyone's name so thank you to the Lush team at oxford street for a wonderful experience as always.

September 2023- Lovely store. Would go again edit.... I have been to this store so many times now! Love visiting. It's such fun. The staff are always fabulous. I love the fact they have exclusive items . Three floors of magic! Plus a cafe ;)

my recent visit to the Oxford street store September2023. Spoiler… “IT WAS WONDERFUL!”

So on entering the store, as usual it looks so colorful and pretty. It was a little busy but that didn’t stop all the staff spending time to welcome me.

Me and mum have met Kawthar lots over my visits and its been such a pleasure. My mum does tend to spend time at the coffee shop or chatting with Kawthar.

Kawthar introduced me to another staff member named Leo 😊 Who was happy to go around the store with me checking off my exclusives list, taking some pictures and picking up some goodies for myself.

While I did this with Leo, Kawthar took my mum up to the café in the store and got her some tea to sit and enjoy while I am loving my Lush world day out. 😊 Me and Leo went off and started our Lush tour!

Leo did say it was only a month or so since learning all about Lush products and my goodness there was not a product Leo didn’t know about. Was lovely to have Leo taking time to go through all the exclusive products, pick up items for me and going through product information. Leo was able to find the exclusives on my list and confirm if some have been discontinued. We went to all three floors! The lift was brilliant with its photo booth, so much fun!

So while on the top floor, Leo introduced me to the inventor of “The wishing lamp”, Shaqiera! Such a warm calming person and super kind. Shaqiera took the time to explain the magical creation of “The wishing lamp” and process of how it was chosen from many other inventors ideas!

Shaqiera was so pleasant when I asked if we could have a picture together and id like to share it with other lushies. Shaqiera was happy for me to do this and gave me a big cuddle! We even had the wonderful Magic lamp with us in the picture 😊 I will attach a copy of our picture!

While in the store I noticed there was a lot of stock available, the face masks and hair masks looked so good I had to buy them. There was a lot of fresh products available and they were presented so well.

On leaving the store, there I saw Leo at the front making millions of bubbles in a huge sink. Looked so good and could see customers really enjoying it as well as Leo blowing the bubbles around looking so happy.

My experience on the day was fabulous. I Felt so excited and very happy throughout it. I left feeling really pleased and quite special. I had such a magical day with Kawthar, Leo...

A Truly Magical Experience at Lush Oxford Street

From the moment my mum and I stepped into Lush Oxford Street, we were enveloped in warmth, kindness, and genuine care. Our visit turned into something truly special—an experience that left us feeling uplifted and deeply appreciated.

We were fortunate to be looked after by Prachi, who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout. She took the time to understand both mine and my mum’s individual skincare needs, carefully guiding us to the most suitable products. Her knowledge and compassion were so reassuring, and to top it off, she treated us to a complimentary relaxing hand massage that added a wonderful personal touch to our visit.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Siham, another lovely team member who went above and beyond to make us feel special. Like Prachi, she generously gifted us her RAK (Random Act of Kindness), which deeply touched both of us and added even more meaning to our time in the store.

Feeling positively overwhelmed by the warmth we received, we felt compelled to share our gratitude directly with the store manager, Sophie. She welcomed our feedback with such heartfelt emotion, it was clear that the ethos of care and kindness at Lush is led from the top. Upon hearing our praise for her team, she too gifted us her RAK, photo enclosed.

We left the store not only with beautiful products but with beautiful memories. Thank you to Prachi, Siham, Sophie, and the rest of the Lush Oxford Street team for creating such a magical and memorable experience. We’ll treasure it for a long time to come.

This was the best massage & the best spa experience I have ever had, positively checking all the boxes of what I hadn’t enjoyed in other places. There’s so much attention to detail & the experience feels tailored to the customer, from the initial chat with your therapist to the choice of body oils that better suit your day resolution. The ambience is relaxing with such a great & cosy interior decor. They take care of bringing your stuff to the massage room so you can start de-stressing straight away not having to think about anything else than enjoying the whole thing. The massage room is huge, dark & quiet, so it does allow for a full & deep relaxation. The therapist was also attentive not to make noise by just wearing socks & moving around smoothly, and washing his hands before starting the treatment which made me feel safe & looked after. The background music is also relaxing and in line with the full experience that also offers some unexpected ‘scenic effects’! Also, at the end of the treatment, your skin feels hydrated & super soft but not oily at all! Same for the hair (which is one of those things I didn’t like after other massages) so you don’t leave the place messy & are still presentable. If anything, in the bathroom there are a few Lush products, including face cleanser & dry shampoo, for a quick touch-up before getting back to the real world. It all ends with another chat with your therapist & a cup of infusion which leaves you with a feeling of wanting to come back as soon as possible!
