Case Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Ashland

I stopped by a couple weeks ago in my quest to find some good coffee in Ashland. Now to be honest, we’ve got a lot of great options.

But Case has an atmosphere that is very different than most. Now I was a first timer so I was just soaking up the vibe but it appeared that most everyone else was a regular.

The people working frequently greeted people by name and asked if they wanted their usual; proceeding to list off exactly what it was. They’re also very friendly and go out of their way to strike up a conversation while somehow fixing a ton of drinks in the process. It’s one of the few places where you don’t feel like you’re waiting on someone to finish a conversation to be served.

I had a pour over and was not only blown away by how good it was, but that you get the rest of the carafe that didn’t make the mug.

I absolutely loved Case. I tend to look for places that have a very full-bodied flavor for coffee, and this place certainly hit the right spot.

Personally, I would recommend it to anyone. There was only one thing I didnt have the tastebuds for because of my own personal preference and that was the beans and grounds they use for Esspreso -- Im not sure if it is different from their coffee, I don't think it would be-- but I have a very particular preference to coffee beans and im picky, so thats that, take it with a grain of salt.

And even though I didn't like the flavor, I would still recommend this place to anyone in the area to try this little gem.

Not too bight of an atmosphere, not too loud. There were quite a few families, as well as people working on computers. Very friendly place.

It was a joy to get to visit, and I will definitely be going back again...

My laté was delicious, the atmosphere inside was very comfortable and made me want to stay. The customer service was excellent, and the lofi music in the background fit the environment really well. They also had really cool free stickers and I bought an insulated cup which had a design I really liked on it. Don't get me wrong, drinking coffee from a paper cup is fine, but I've noticed a lot of places dont offer a real ceramic coffee cups for a sit down experience, but this place did! The barista topped off my drink with beautiful laté art that made me sad to destroy when I took my first sip. A lot of coffee shops won't put in that effort to make your drink look beautiful like this place did. This place also has donuts which looked delicious but I did not get the chance to try them this time. Overall this was a perfect coffee experience and definitely want...
