Ms Cherrelle not sure if she gave me her correct name; she was not professional. She insisted that our communication was a misunderstanding, I explained to her I have only one name in their system. She mentioned that their system isn’t a good one. The reason for the conversation….she came out with my merchandise that I had drop off for cleaning and an adjustment for a bracelet that I had purchased and two charms worth $500.00….for the charms my daughter bought me for my birthday. When she present me with my jewelry I said to her something was missing and she stated from the receipt this is all I have, once she figure it out she said I needed to be pacific . She kept saying….this is all of the merchandise that Tiffany has in my name. I explained that something is missing but she continued to say that it wasn’t here. She asked me to call my daughter I said no I drop it off, which was a new bracelet I bought here recently, she said this is what the receipt is saying. I said to her I know what I brought here. I am not mad about the miscommunication what I am disappointed about she kept saying to me about ten times it’s a miscommunication. Please stop saying that it’s a communication problem. Read moreI love the brand so much and deciding to purchase inside the store was a good decision. All the pieces were beautiful but I was shocked by the sizes cause they appear to be bigger online. Not only are the sales associate nice but very educated. My personal favorite SA is Anne even though she didn’t help me with my purchase. Anne seems very genuine and has a welcoming aurora. But that doesn’t mean that all the other SAs aren’t nice but she was the one that stood out from the crowd. Not only is the customer service above expectations but it’s inspiring to see the SA’s personal jewelry collection they wear to work as I am very money oriented and into materialistic items. The only cons was that the two pieces I bought took longer to be adjusted since my necklace wasn’t adjusted the first time it was sent back to the store. My bracelet was adjusted but it was adjusted to 7 inches instead of 7.25 inches even though my SA measured my wrist and confirmed a 7.25 length would fit and I didn’t receive an email to pick up it from the store. When I picked it up it was too short but it was quickly resolved in a week. Overall, I think Tiffany’s is a great place to buy from since you are being taken care of very well and the craftsmanship is extremely high quality. I was disappointed to find that the item my sales professional had ordered for me from the warehouse arrived visibly scratched and appeared as if it was worn and returned to the warehouse by an individual. Since the item was not shipped from the store, it wasn’t the sales professional’s fault but if I assumed it was the warehouse packing department that lacked the quality control. I then reached out to customer service for assistance but to my frustration, I was referred back to my sales professional. I called the store but was informed that my sales professional was off for a couple of days. Hence, I returned the item right away and completed an online survey to highlight my dissatisfaction with the overall shopping experience thereafter. Upon learning my feedback, Ramia contacted me to find out what actually transpired and immediately demonstrated empathy. She personally assisted me in getting an exchange for my item swiftly and kept me posted on the progress, which I appreciated.
