Terrible customer service, doesn't honor stated turnaround time, incomplete order fulfillment. The front desk was okay but the owner, Kenny, was terrible which puts his staff in a bad position to deal with deserved complaints. My order was not fulfilled in the 3-5 days (for embroidery) after payment that Kenny's website states in the Policies & Procedures section. When I complained about the late turn-around time, I was told that it is 3-5 business days. BUT the site only mentions business days for screen printing not embroidery. I suggested they update their wording if they want to hold customers to their policies. And this is the first time they asked me what size I want my logo. I asked what size options there were for a polo and I told them via email my choice. That was at day 9. Day 10 while they are still digitizing my logo that I provided on Day 1, I finally get a pickup time for the next day for my 3 embroidered items and 1 sublimated mask. Day 11, I arrive 5-10 after the pickup time and they tell me none of my order has been started on and is not ready for pickup! I asked why and when I can pick up the order. They front desk worker doesn't know and Kenny, who is the owner and digitizer is not on site. I asked her to call him to find out. He walks in minutes later and I ask him the same thing. He said he was still perfecting the digitization of my logo which I gave the go-ahead on the day before via email. He finally gave me a completion time the same day that is 4 hours later than my original time. I show up 4 hours later (Kenny is not on site again) to pick up my order that took another 15 minutes to complete for the 3 embroidered items. I asked where my mask was so I could leave, and the front desk worker asked, "mask?". "Yes, where is my MASK that I ordered!" She goes to the back and comes back to say they didn't do the mask. She told me she was a new employee and that I caught them at a bad time because the shirts and hats I ordered had to be delivered. I asked if they had to order the mask for delivery. She told me no and that they have plenty of masks in stock and it only takes an hour to do. Plus the logo doesn't have to be digitized... So basically, the one thing that is in stock and doesn't have to go through a long digitizing process is the only thing they didn't do at all !!! They did give me a 10% discount on the order after I asked for it and a refund of the $20 mask. 11 days to give a incomplete order that was promised in 3-5 days for a complete order. If you are seeking professional printing services and a company that enforces customer service and accountability I would not suggest using Kenny's Tees. He is highly unprofessional, arrogant and refuses to take accountability. I gave them our business twice and spent around $800 in printing services. Our 1st run was ok and some heat press errors was noted. I made note and made his staff aware of this and pursued with using them a second time. When I picked up our bags our entire lunch bag logo heat press order was ruined. All of the bags plastic on the inside was melted together as if it was burned and melted. The bags were no longer functional and when you opened them exactly where the logo was supposed to be "heat pressed" the plastic would get stuck and rip apart. 500 Lunch bags ruined!!! Despite our best approach Kenny refused to offer any comparable solutions, he did not offer to re-print, refund, discount, merchandise credit..etc nothing. He simply disregarded our claim, told me to check with the manufacturer and claimed we took too long to pick it up...which they were never ready the first 10 days I called to pick them up. Even so, no matter the indoor temperature plastic will not fuse and melt your lunch bag shut. Kenny the owner messed up my order the first time, told him that I would give his business a second chance because I donât believe in canceling black businesses off after one mistake. Messed up my order again, instead of apologizing for not meeting the production deadline, attempted to blame me for not providing information he needed from me to do his job. He never communicated that he needed that, and I wasnât aware that it needed to be provided since I was providing my own shirts. At no point did anyone attempt to contact me, to provide the additional information he needed to complete the job. I didnât specify which of my shirts were men or womenâs on the job sheet. His excuse was I listed it before, so why not this time. The clear difference was because he was providing the shirts the last time, so it made sense for me to specify which is which. This time I provided my own shirts and wasnât told that itâs what he still needed. He claims to be in business for 20 plus years, I figured he know the difference between a menâs and womenâs shirt.
