So much for being a "family oriented" company. I was a LOYAL EMPMOYEE, and moved my family along the entire east coast for this company...NEVER had a bad review...all I did was admit I had a problem, which happens to A LOT OF PEOPLE...I was offered NOTHING. I gave them the best years of my life, and they didn't have the decency to even offer me a drug rehab program. All the nights, weekends, holidays...I gave them ALL up for this company...for nothing. I have been drug free for over two years, and started my own business. I just can't believe a company could invest so much in an employee (manager)...especially with the turnover rate in today's workforce, and never even reach out to ask how things are going.    Read moreI am so tired of walking in front of your building where Norfolk Southern employees smoke cigarettes incessantly, directly in the walkway of pedestrian foot traffic, refusing to acknowledge the countless âno smokingâ signs. This is so extremely inconsiderate and rude. Please reinforce the no smoking in front of your building. Even better, create a designated smoking area behind the building so that people can walk by without being assaulted by a cloud of cigarette smoke.
