Read moreThe mall is great to meet people but customer service in the food court is "we know you coming, so what do you want" attitude. Moe's Southwest grill is one of my favorite restaurants. I supported my lunch with $5 today. I patronize the business as often as twice to three times a month. Monthly. Well, I proceeded to pick up one of the menus because sometimes looking upward to their large menu hurts my eyes a little. I am holding the menu in my hand as I order. When I approach the cashier my total came to $7.32 and I only had $6 with a %10 coupon. What? was my response as I opened the menu and the tacos I ordered were only $2.79 a piece. The cashier said that is not right. REALLY. OK. I calculated this up in my head and I knew I would have enough cash to pay for my food. Why not just apologize for the inconvenience and charge me for what we both clearly see on the publicized menu.
Afterwards, I visited Gus chicken...no acknowledgement and I was on an even tighter schedule at this point. Walked out and went to Subway in the mall.
Also, please try not to visit the subway next door to Moe's. Basically, customer service and seemingly the lack of how to do things. I believe the lady thought I was a problem because instead of finishing up with customer before me she stopped to make my sandwich while he waited on his change. Yes! His change. Then wrap the sandwich up like she was throwing away a piece of paper.
Lastly, I hate to say it but it is so hard for me to understand foreigners English, no pun intended, but true. So, me explaining to her about the way she was treating my sandwich--she just stared and smile with a not so smart look.
I will continue to shop as I am hungry everyday and must eat...just not at the above-mentioned places. It is too many other restaurants that have...

The next morning we saw people with Chick-fil-A bags and asked where it was. That was when we discovered the inner workings of The Hub at Peachtree Center. It turned out that the Marque Level of the Atlanta Marriot Marque hotel had a tunnel connecting us to The Hub!
The Hub is like a hidden mall inside the Peachtree Center. Once we knew the secret, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there when it was convenient. It was well lit and we never needed to experience any ill weather conditions with the interconnected overhead walkways into and out of the place.
We were surprised that most places closed at 6 PM and it was completely closed at 8 PM. Despite that, we were able to get several meals there without too much effort. Chick-fil-A was the busiest place in there, day or night.
There are other shops for clothing and a CVS as well but it looked primarily like a food court at a conventional mall. I suspect it is predominately used by folks in the surrounding buildings as getting in from the street level is a bit of a...
