I was wondering why seemingly loyal customers were stating they no longer patronize this facility. I've been here for an extended trip and have frequently visited this facility. On my last visit, the male sales rep never entered my transaction under my account so I did not recieve my points even tho I told him before he took my money. He apologized and stated that he couldn't give me my discount but would ensure I still recieved my points for that day. He took my info down and said they will have them posted by the people up front. The next day I called to ensure this happened as I didn't get a notification as usual. I was then told it couldn't be done..I informed them what I was told the previous day and they took my info again and stated someone would give me a call. I waited 24 hours- no call. Because I know the longer you wait the least likely you are to resolve I called back the next day and was told " I remember you" and I checked we can't do it. I then asked why would he tell me that and why didn't anyone call me back. I then asked for a manager. DeAnna came to the phone and stated that he never told me that and she was right there. I told her he did tell me that and she began to raise her voice over talking me saying he only took my info so that he could make a notation to ask for my account info moving foward. I stated that I wasn't going to go back and forth with her and that I know what I was told and if they didn't want to honor their word then it is what it is. Well she doubled down on stating that I was lying and since I keep calling she just has to say that. I told her I only keep calling because once again her reps lied and said they would call me.back and never did and the fact that she would have an issue or try to make me the problem because your staff is just saying whatever to customers to get them out the store or off the phone is the real problematic issue. No accountability! No customer service!! I will NOT spend my money in a place that will handle such a small issue with disgrace and lack of integrity.    Read moreOur first time at your dispensary and gotta admit we liked how it was all laid out. Our bud tender Derrick was swift to grab our products. Much to our surprise, my wife had asked for the gron 2 pack of cherry gummies and I got a mac n jack preroll...... thank goodness we research your web it first. My wife has pulmonary fibrosis and has anxiety to which she has a medical card for pa. Since we were staying the night at last minute she had forgotten her tincture at home (we live in pa) we figured stop in since you were close to the hotel.
We got our order but when we tried to ask DERRICK our bud tender about the loyalty program he simply just grabbed his tip bucket and disappeared.
We left kinda disappointed that we felt like we were given the bums rush to get out.. as he headed back to our hotel we were discussing the cost. We checked the receipt and bag only to find out Derrick had given us and charged us for the 10pak of gron mummies when. And I am sure it's state regulations in jersey but everything was kept well back of the sales counter. So there was no way to ensure we got the proper items until we were back at the hotel. Not mind you we can understand if you all were busy but we were the only customers at approximately 930 on Thursday evening
UPDATE: After playing email tag for a few days. We decided to give this dispensary another chance. Sam the manager more than made up for the lack of service from our last visit which necessitated the early review. I only wish we had found out the names of the other staff that was on duty Tuesday October 8th. Talk about night and day. Not only was Sam helpful but made suggestions took the time to understand what we were looking for and as far as our likes and dislikes. Suggesting products that would help out not just trying to "make a sale" the other staff waiting on other consumers were equally talented and helpful. So glad we gave MPX AC another chance.    Read moreThis is actually a nice place considering it is in the smack in the center of a horrible neighborhood. They offer a small amount of parking in this little lot which is great, because I wasn't trying to pay 20 dollars for parking for 15 mins. Products were good and pricing was good but I think they had a sale going when I went in. Here is the reason I probably won't go back and the same issue I have with a few shops. They do everything in a first come basis. Now I understand medical comes first. I am a card holder from another state and haven't switch it to nj yet. What I take issue with is this. I am super particular about what I use. So I always order ahead, I order 11pm the night before I went and I received a text at 9 am the next morning saying it was being prepared. Got off at 6, nothing more so I called and whoever answered said they were slammed and probably didn't send the notification. That was a straight lie. They didn't package my order. When I got there the woman went and found a bag with my name on it and pulled my items from the shelves. I had a note to call if they were out of something, and they were and I didn't find out till I got there. I don't like business being done that way. I am not driving all the way from cape may on the possibility, you may have what I want it stock. If you in the area, definitely worth stopping by. If you coming from out of town, specifically to go here, I would consider going elsewhere until they change their online...
