Austin Market and Mercantile — Attraction in Austin

They recently installed keypads on all the restrooms there. There are no longer restrooms available for shoppers & people who eat at the food court to use UNLESS you are a residence there. They are the only ones with codes to the restroom keypads.

I'm upset about this because I shop here OFTEN at Target, Then I go upstairs to eat at one of the restaurants all the time. By the time I am done, I need to go to the restroom & also to wash hands.

Not even Target allows customers to use THEIR restroom either! They tell us to use the one at the rear next to elevator. BEHIND Target. Because the restroom INSIDE Target is for employees ONLY!

Can't do that anymore.So sorry to fuss about this! But It's a SHAME that they DON'T allow customers bathroom access anywhere in this place! That ain't RIGHT! There are times when while shopping... We gotta GO! This is AGAINST the law!

I was trying to use the bathroom and one of the janitors that is a female came in and checked to see if there is anyone inside I responded and she said okay and she left but came back again and tried to clean the bathroom while I was in the bathroom to me that is rude. I know she is doing her job but damn I couldn't even finish using...

The only thing good about this is that it is near the university(aka convenient location) other than that, the quality of the mall is poor.
