We received exceptional service and and had an unforgettable shopping experience on our visit to the Gucci store at Bal Harbour Shops!!! It was nothing short of amazing. After perusing the Men’s section on the second floor, we had the pleasure of working with Sebastian Zapata, who made our shopping experience truly memorable. Despite the store being packed, he was incredibly attentive, offering us sparkling water and champagne while we waited. He took the time to explain the fascinating history of Gucci’s colors and styles, making us feel both welcomed and informed. We ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes, a belt, and a tie, and left feeling thrilled with our choices.
Before we left, we stopped by the selfie room and met another Sebastian, who was kind enough to take pictures for us. He was full of energy! To top it off, we shared our praise with the assistant store manager, who was delighted to hear about the outstanding service received from both Sebastians.

Read moreI bought a wallet in this store, and after a few months the leather was damaged, I was on vacation in Tampa and went to a Gucci store, they very kindly attended me and opened a claim to solve the problem, they answered me after 4 days, but how I returned to Miami which is where I bought the wallet, I showed them the email that Gucci had sent me to change the wallet, and they told me that they could not do that, that I had to leave the wallet with them to see if they could fix it, and They had to open another claim, I've been waiting for an answer for 2 weeks and no one gives me an answer, call the gucci store and they don't know how to answer me either, I'm going to have to go personally to see if they can give me an answer, it seems to me a lack of ethics and professionalism to get things out of my wallet in front of everyone, to have to leave me without a wallet. When in the other Gucci in Tampa they only took photos, and I already read that all Gucci stores have the same process, super disappointed...

In this overstimulated luxury economy combined with a global shortage of supplies, I attempted to score a very bespoke, limited edition item from a cultural collaboration. I struck out every where I went including this location. While showing a Gucci representative the item on my phone, the representative said to me, I'm so sorry but this piece came into such a restricted quantity, it already sold out everywhere. I was insistent and persistent so the representative returned with their manager, Juan. Juan told me he felt strongly he could get the task done. We hit several roadblocks and bumps in the road, had to engage a West Coast Gucci Director to help drive the resolution but in the end, it got done. I now possess a Gucci item that was not mass produced and that's from an artist that's representative of my culture.
