THIS HAPPENED IN BASTORP, TX
I wanted to tell you about the experience I had the other day.
Thomas and I go there a lot to BEST BUY . He usually is usually buying me gadgets to make life easier for me. Well he bought me a tablet to use at home. On this day he brought me a Tablet cover.
Being me I love Rosary’s.
Thanks to my cousin and his wife Gilbertand MaryannMadrigal. My cousin Maryann would call every day and she tought me how to pray the rosary. She kept me going to believe and have faith in Jesus. For ten years i prayed with her.
I BELIEVE and HAVE FAITH IN GOD ALWAYS.
Regardless of all I’ve been through Left Breast removed due to cancer. Back in 2014 Had to have my heart fixed in 2016 due to aortic stinosis among other surgeries in the state of Maine.
My poor baby couldn’t understand why I wanted to come back home to Texas. Being blessed for the past 40 years with Thomas he agreed with me and brought me back home. God is good all the time.
I’ve been praying a lot for others for health and finances especially for the homeless.
Unfortunately when I arrived in Texas I developed cancer in my chest I couldn’t swallow and it was getting harder for me to breathe so I went to the emergency room several times and was informed that he believed I had cancer again and when I went to Texas Oncology I was informed I had cancer all over my body including my brain.
As I have always said GOD is GOOD all the time.
Getting back to my story we walked into Best Buy. This gentleman ran eagerly to assist us. No one has ever ask or offered ever during all the years of my sickness if I needed a wheelchair not that I do but it was so nice to of been offered. Thomas then whispered in my ear look at his name tag. His name was Cross. OMG. He was so pleasant and helpful I do believe in JESUS.
Thank you so much Mr. CROSS I really appreciate you. You made me smile all day long. When ever i think of you I smile. May God bless always and keep you safe, i love ya for what you did.

Read moreThis store definitely needs better Mobile Staff. They are very rude. 3 different people on my account went into store and got super crappy rude service. I spoke with a lady about what my dad needed and come to find out she over charged him, did not give him the phone I had asked her too and did not give him his promotional discount price. My husband went and got a young blond lady that told him they did not have the phone he was requesting to pre-order and could not pre-order it. (iphone 6s Plus), When he asked her why not? She replied, because that is what my computer is telling me. If you have questions you need to wait for Leslie, this is not my department anyway. Pushed a button on the computer and turned around and walked away. I finally went in and was able to pre-order my phone, told it would be in Tuesday. On Monday I received an email stating my phone was in. When I called they said yes and I had 24 hrs to pick it up. Then I called and they said nope it is not in yet don't know why you got that email. On tuesday, I got another email stating that i had not picked up my phone and it would be cancelled if not picked up on Tuesday. I called at 10 am to inquire about this email. Again got told nope not in yet. and I would get a call back from a manager as to why I received these emails when phone is not in yet. It has been 4 hours and no call yet. My father went in Saturday to get new iphone set up and gentleman was super rude and told him to come back when he knew how to work his phone. He did not have time to show him how to set it up. Read moreA few weeks ago I had trouble with my smart phone causing my morning to begin with the upmost of chaos. At my first appointment of the day, nearly in tears, I met the nicest young man named Kendrick who offered to help. Having no luck with my phone, and me having no local service provider, Kendrick recommended that I drop by the local Best Buy Store in Bastrop and see if his friend, Kyle could help. I said, " Sure" what did I have to lose, my phone wasn't working properly anyway. Arriving at Best Buy, I was greeted at the front door by staff eager to help. I made my request known to speak with Kyle, and within seconds came Kyle to my rescue. I introduced myself and explained to him my dilemma. He asked permission to take a look at my phone. He was so polite and helpful . He knew just the right questions to ask to get to the bottom of my problem and in less than 5 minutes my phone was working properly again and without issue. In a day and age where there seems to be such a lack of customer service in the "service industries" as well as everywhere else, it was an absolute breath of fresh air to meet not one but TWO shining stars of customer service in the same day! I don't write reviews very often, but this was exceptional service. I do shop at Best Buy, but I will intentionally shop there more often now, because I like friendly, helpfully people and good customer service. And I received all of that in one visit.
