POSTING ON BEHALF OF MY WIFE:
I went into Sephora, Seaport, to see if I could find a makeup to cover up red, dry, patches on my face, that doctors can't seem to clear up. I had concerns about being allergic to whatever makeup I tried and having the makeup clump up in the dry areas and make my face look worse. And then along came Nataly. Nataly took the time to listen to what's going on with my skin, what I've already tried, and what I was looking to achieve with some new makeup. Nataly carefully read labels and quickly put away products that could make my face flare up. We tried some powders and none of them were right. We then tried liquid products. Nataly, once again, ran around the store finding the right products to try. She sanitized everything, brought me a bit of the cream that I use at home and showed me the proper technique to apply the concealer. She found a product that not only looked flawless, but also hasn't irritated my skin. She was so patient and knowledgeable about the products as well as their ingredients and what could potentially help me and what could trouble my skin. Read moreThis is the first time I’ve had a problem with any of the Sephora stores in Boston. The sales women at the seaport location are rude and unprofessional. I was not going to spend my time or money on such horrible customer service. I walked in on Saturday at about 1pm and the store was empty. I passed two women at the front door talking. They did not offer any friendly greetings, just looked at me and continued talking. As I made my way through the store, I passed to more female sales associates that were also talking to each other and not paying attention to the customer. I started to approach them about a product and they both looked me up and down, and gave me a nasty stare then continued speaking amongst each other.
Affronted by such rude behavior I started to make my way out the store. These women could have used company time more productively by making sales rather than using company time to socialize. Read moreI have been to Sephora all over the state and I have never had a great experience as I did today. Keisha was very knowledgeable helpful and understanding. a relatable when she helped us with our make up questions. I did not know how to contour highlight even do my eyebrows and she was able to color match my skin be able to show me the best products and even gave tutorials on what I should do to shape my eyebrows or what foundations would be great for me for a day to day look. We had great conversations and I cannot Explain how amazing she was to us as customers. I have never had someone go over and beyond what they were supposed to do.
