If any of you had visited Chicago’s Navy Pier prior to 2016 and hopped on the Ferris Wheel there, you’re in luck, this very Ferris Wheel is the same one. In 2016 this Ferris Wheel was relocated here to Branson to continue its life enlightening family, friends, and couples with its enjoyable and relaxing 7 min round trip (usually 14 minutes as the conductor will most likely let you go twice when its not busy) ride and view of the surrounding areas. The Ferris Wheel boasts 40 individual gondola’s that can accommodate up to 6 passengers. Tickets via their website are $12.99 per adult and $8.99 for kids 11 and under. The wheel is a continuous moving structure. Boarding folks come in one side of gondola, and exiting folks go out the other. The Ferris Wheel also hosts a laser light show on the side of the wheel. So if you stop to have a snack before or after your ride be sure to sit long enough in the evening to enjoy the show. The ride staff will snap a quick picture of you and your group, to which the photos can be purchased at the end for (IMHO) a bit of a hefty price, but don’t fret there is a large wooden board on a wall near the exit where a big ole group selfie can be taken. Enjoy the history and the views.

Absolutely spectacular views of Branson!! Our girls weekend wouldn’t have been nearly as fun with out our ride on the 🎡! As we stood in line we were treated to a light show accompanied with 🎶. The ride goes slow so no need to fear if your scared of heights. Also the price of $10 (thank you Groupon coupon) was affordable and well worth the money paid. As we finished our ride the girls were a little upset it was about to end. But before we had the chance to even get completely down to the landing the super wonderful ladies and gentleman working it that night asked if we would like to go for another round. So we got to enjoy it for a second round! Highly recommended if you are in the area!!

We went up on the wheel in late November. If you go in the cooler months be aware it is a bit breezy up at the top depending. We felt no wind on the ground but sure felt it up on the air. Wife really enjoyed it though she is afraid of heights. We went up at night after dinner. It was not busy and the staff were very polite and helpful. Please note the wheel never stops so one has to time it just right. Walking impaired fat old guys like me have to take that into account. I had no trouble getting on or off to be honest. The views are nice and one can see most of the tourist attractions from the Ferris wheel. We may never go again but we’re glad we went on it that one time.

We could see the Branson Ferris Wheel from all over branson and my family and I were dying to take a ride even though it wasn't in our original vacation plans. After hearing that it was was originally erected on Chicago’s Navy Pier in 1995 as part of a renovation and then brought to branson from Chicago just years ago, we decided to go check it out. We had a blast taking a couple trips around the ferris wheel. It is HUGE and it was way HIGH up there but we loved it. The veiws were great and Branson looked beautiful all lit up at night! Fun experience and they offer a professional photo that you can purchase aferwards if you choose.

Enjoyed the time spent on the Branson Ferris Wheel and would ride it again. Rode this ferris wheel when it was on the Navy Pier in Chicago in 2014. It is a smooth ride, and you can see for miles above all of Branson. I do not recommend riding this if you have a fear of heights, claustrophobic, etc. It was a little windy when we rode this and the ferris wheel does not stop (you board on and off while it is moving). Short distance walk from parking. They have a gift shop stand. They do have a nice washroom, so I'd say definitely take advantage of that before you hop on. 😉
