Please, please consider changing the line up system when busy, especially when every booth has 2+ parties waiting.

Our most recent trip, when we got to the front of line for our booth, the party inside had absolutely no social awareness.

We stood at the front of the booth for 20 minutes as we watched countless other groups around us stream in & out of their booths.

We couldn't cut to go to other booths because it was very busy that day with multiple parties waiting patiently at every other booth.

Granted, this is a rare occurrence, and the typical customer will have the courtesy to not take too long as others are patiently waiting.

But it was so incredibly frustrating standing for our booth seeing people who came in 15 minutes after us walk right into their booths before us.

It came as no surprise that the young girl inside our booth walked out after 20+ minutes with more than 10 sets of photos, oblivious to all of us waiting for her.

Thank you very much the two girls who were working for being so polite while I was fuming. I apologize for showing frustrations, and you both handled the situation the best that you could.

I understand that you legally cannot ask customers to leave booths & we appreciated you offering a free session.

The reason for this review is, when it's busy, maybe implement a line up system inside where the first person in line can choose the next booth that opens up. If that booth is not the one they want, then forgo your spot to the next person in line.

This way a situation where you have a few parties suffering because of a rude customer doesn't...

While I like coming here to take cute pics with my friends, there's always a long wait and no staff to manage the crowd. Apparently there IS a staff person on duty but they always hide in the back instead of being out in the front managing the crowd, which I noticed during my most recent visit. After waiting in line for like 10 min in a disorganized group, the staff person came out to direct everyone into lines and then promptly disappeared again behind a door leading into the back. The kiosks can also be a little confusing to use and you can get overcharged or mess up your pics, which is why it takes people forever to finish their turn inside the booths. Not to mention you can't ask the staff questions about how to use the kiosks and stuff, since like I just said, they're unavailable. And while they say they clean the accessories, a lot of them look dingy and suspiciously dirty. Personally I have never seen them being cleaned or the staff managing the crowd during the handful of times I've visited now. Absolutely horrible experience at this place. It’s so unbelievably unorganized and no one is getting timed at all. My sister and her friends wanted to go take pictures and waited in line so we all waited for them to finish and they were waiting for over an hour to get in the actual store then another 30 minutes in the store to get inside one of the booths to take pictures. No one is making sure people don’t take long taking pictures. People that were in the store when we first go in line were still in there after an hour of waiting. Absolutely horrible management if they can’t be organized and make sure people leave in a timely fashion especially when it’s hot in the area and having people wait out there while other customers are taking their sweet time being completely inconsiderate because no one is telling them to leave after a certain amount of time. Never coming here again and it seems like this is a normal occurrence, so if you’re willing to wait two hours in the heat to take a couple of pictures this is the perfect...
