They were busy only had one cashier a manager walked in and just looked at everyone and went into the office didnt even offer to open another register you could hear the conversation between him and another guy in the office now one offered to help out the girl working she had 8 people in line when it was my turn i asked her how she was doing shesaid ok but you could tell she wasnt happy nd was stressed that no one would help out you should help out if you see how long the line is people weren't happy i dont normally shop at this store for this reason i go to a broken arrow store you really need to help your employees better but when you can hear the conversation from the office and the jokes unprofessional they were loud i wont shop in this store again the cashier was doing best she could she was...

The manager locked the doors behind us and had turned off lights to encourage us to leave, it was only 8:30 they close at 9. As soon nas he locked the doors he turned the lights back on. We watched him unlock the door to allow another customer in and he locked it back behind her again. Why even lock up if you aren't closing. Last time we were at this store the same manager was yelling at an employee while she was actually doing her job, she had talked about possibly quitting soon but wasn't decided and he came up to her to yell at her and try to make her feel bad. Shana helped me in the store today. I was there specifically for butterfly nets and when she heard me ask the store clerk about them she came out of the office and helped me look for them. She checked the back for the shipment and found them boxed-up on the floor to be stocked on the shelf. She opened them up for me and I purchased 12. I also picked up 50 some additional items that I didn't know I needed! This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back! Store was clean and had a great assortment of everyday things!
