I was traveling and needed some arrowroot powder so I stepped into his store that just will happen to be on my route. I did not find what I was looking for, but I settle for a substitute which was tapioca starch powder. It was only a hour and change when I went to go check out, the women behind the register, insisted that I had to spend a minimum of $10 in order to do my debit card I didn’t need anything else and so I was forced to leave the store empty-handed because I didn’t have a need to spend $10 or more.
