Clearwater Party Boats — Attraction in Clearwater

I am utterly dismayed by my experience with Clearwater Party Boats and their owner, Drew Johnson. After initiating contact with Drew on 12/9/23, I booked and paid a deposit on 12/10/23, and then confirmed our reservations on 12/11/23. I even reconfirmed and paid in full on 1/29/24. However, on 2/3/24, when I showed up to the appointment with all 12 guests, we arrived 15 minutes early only to find no sign of the boat.

Upon calling the phone number provided on the confirmation paperwork at 2:11 pm, I spoke with the boat captain, who politely informed me that he had no record of our reservation and suggested that I contact Drew. Despite calling both phone numbers on file for Drew and sending an email, there was no response. With 12 people standing on the dock and all our supplies ready, I was left with no options.

Desperate for a solution, I turned to the boat captain, (a really nice guy) who kindly asked me to forward him my booking information and offered to contact Drew on my behalf. After complying, Drew finally called me back at 2:33 pm, only to deliver the devastating news that he couldn't fulfill our reservation. He offered no explanation or apology, and when I tried to inquire further, he spoke over me, stating, "we can't get."

This entire experience has been a complete letdown, causing immense inconvenience and disappointment for myself and my guests. Given the lack of professionalism, accountability, and utter disregard for customer service, it is abundantly clear that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Clearwater Party Boats and Drew to anyone. Please heed my warning and avoid utilizing this company at all costs.

I had the most incredible experience with Captain Chance at Clearwater Party Boats! From the moment we stepped on board, Captain Chance made sure everyone felt welcomed and excited for the adventure ahead. His knowledge of the local waters and marine life was impressive, and he shared fascinating stories and insights throughout the trip.

The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic day out on the water. We had plenty of time to swim, seashell and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Captain Chance's friendly and professional demeanor made the whole experience even better.

One of the highlights was when we encountered a pod of dolphins. Captain Chance skillfully navigated the boat to give us an unforgettable up-close view. It was truly magical!

Super fun time! We had a bachelorette party of 12 ladies and we had an absolute blast! We brought our own alcohol, snacks, and music and we had a great time just hanging out and occasionally dancing to a good song. We had Captain Greg and he was a very cool guy. He showed us a sand bar and drove us to a small island. We hopped off the boat and the water felt great. We went searching for sand dollars and found a baby one. Then Captain Greg took us to Frenchy’s restaurant when we needed a good lunch break and some more drinks. The girls had a great time and we even got to experience the sunset on our way back to the Marina. Def got some good pics in and it was hands down the highlight of our bachelorette trip weekend!
