Absolutely do not recommend. They have ridiculous consideration (no consideration) for customers. I had booked their outing before coming in town from across the country. The night before the excursion I was emailed waivers for my guest and myself to sign that would be needed before boarding the boat the next day. We signed them electronically and were all ready for the next day.
The next day was planned around the fact that we would be on this boat outing from 1-3pm and we arrived to the launch location half an hour ahead of time since they recommend getting there 15 minutes early. I even asked someone that works next to the dock at an excursion office in the same building as this company if he knew where we’re supposed to go for Fins Up and he told us they have people wait in the bottom floor of the Marriott or right in front of the dock gate which is just outside the Marriott’s doors.
1pm comes around and still no one has come by about Fins Up. So I call their number and a guy answers and says he text me yesterday to let me know there weren’t enough people to have the outing and so it was cancelled. Well guess what, I never received a text. If they really did even send out a text, would they not think to do something different if there was no response to it?? No email, no call, no follow up text??? They must have seen that in the evening we signed our electronic waivers. Why would we do that if we knew the trip was cancelled?
This was a beautiful day, so fortunate for weather, and it was right in the middle of the day, and we were so happy and excited heading over to the dock. And then we find out if they would have done what they were supposed to by notifying us the day before, we could have made such different plans, the entire day would have been open and we could have maximized it fully with an array of amazing options. But no. Just a sorry, we text you, we’ll refund the money. Now I don’t have back the morning that I avoided doing something because I didn’t want to be late to this. I don’t have back the afternoon that I set aside for this. Ruined one of the extremely rare vacation days I get.

We paid for an uber there and alcohol to bring on the boat just for it to be canceled and NO ONE called or notified us. Once we arrived and waited 15 minutes and realized there was no one there, we called and they said it had been canceled due to not enough people and they forgot to call us.
