My daughter and I chose this place b/c it was close to our hotel. We don't have a habit of getting manicures or pedicures so I have only one experience to compare this to and that was at a Salon and Day Spa - different atmosphere. We were there on a Saturday about 11:30, there were a few other customers but it wasn't busy. We walked in and were tended to promptly. My teenage daughter and I both got the basic pedicure. I got a basic manicure, she got gel (about $8 more). We were there a little over an hour. Pros: the staff were friendly and kind and I was charged exactly what I expected for what I received(no tricks tried). I was offered an upgrade but when I declined, I was not pressured. Our nails look nice. Cons: Remember, my experience in this is limited but I did call/browse around before we went in here. It seems like their prices are comparable to what some seemingly more upscale spas are charging. And I didn't feel like they were as thorough as MY previous experience. Cuticles still very visible, All in all, it wasn't a bad experience, they seem to be taking precautions to keep things sanitary, they were pleasant and our nails are done. I'm just not impressed. You could do better for the price but you could...

Imagine this - You have a wedding coming up this weekend out of state. Work has been so hectic you keep forgetting to call in and make an appointment at a place that was recommended to you closer to the wedding venue. You call, but much to your dismay (and feeling totally not surprised... You did this to yourself! 🤦), the salon you called has only an opening for a mani OR pedi and it's cutting dangerously close to the rehearsal dinner. You decide to instead try the local salon you had driven past a hundred times picking up Mexican food, hoping they don't hate you for stopping in randomly on a Thursday night. The salon employees are so nice and are more than happy to help. It turns out to be top-notch service, quality work, AND affordable. šŸ˜ Seriously, I was so impressed that while I was sitting there being pampered, I watched a woman come in for her brows walk out looking fab, I went ahead a asked if they were able to squeeze brows in for me after my pedi. The man who did my pedi was nice and did a great job. The woman who did my brows was a pro - my brows never looked so sharp and clean - and she was very personable. Basically, if you were ever on the fence, try them out!! You won't be disappointed! I'll...

I came in and asked for the basic mani/pedi special for $47. I walked out paying $80 because the tech talked me into the powder mani and didn't explain that it was FORTY THREE DOLLARS ON ITS OWN. I would have NEVER agreed to that if I would've known!!!! Are you kidding me?! She just led me along to believe that it was the same price. And even REPEATED that I wanted the basic for both the mani and pedi. And it wasn't even that good! There is stray polish all over my fingers!! I only even went for the mani because of the special. All I really wanted was the pedi. Don't come here because they will lure you in with the cheap $47 special then RIP YOU OFF. Same thing happened to the woman next to me- she asked for the mini pedi meaning just cut and paint. They gave her the basic (which she didn't ask for) and sprung the higher price on her at checkout. She said something about it but paid and left then as soon as she walked out the door, they started talking about her and making fun of her which I'm sure they are doing about me right now. Seriously, don't come here unless you want ripped...

PLEASE LOOK AT ALL OF THE NAIL PICTURES BEFORE YOU GO. Some of these reviews with 5 stars are not 5 star nails. My friend went here for a pedi and a fingernail gel removal. She specifically asked not to get a manicure several times. After soaking in acetone, they drill buffed the rest of the paint off, along with her cuticles. Again, she was asked if she wanted a manicure and my friend said no. The woman then roughly cut her cuticles, didn’t even cut her nails, didn’t lotion her hands. Tech asked if she wanted a nail strengthener, and my friend said yes because she thought it was part of the gel removal service. SHE WAS THEN CHARGED FOR A MANICURE. I went back with her to dispute the charge, and they kept defending a manicure was given with the nail strengthener being the proof of the service. I even pointed out her hands literally were left with visibly dead skin (that she didn’t go in with). They refused to give a refund and kept insisting she pay with card even though we were holding cash in front of her.

I visited the salon today as a last resort I was willing to wait more than 15 minutes for And available tech she did my nails. They turned out really nice except at the end of one of my nails. The middle finger did not dry. I went back and the lady tried to fix it three times at the fourth time she buffed it and then she put the topcoat but as buffing it, she actually took my skin for my cuticle and it’s red and then come to realize now that I’m home the nails also did not dry properly. Am I unfortunately will not be using this location ever again. And I will be calling them tomorrow to request that my $49 be refunded Because sadly, I am not pleased with the service that was rendered. In the picture below, you can see on my cuticle on my middle finger where she buffed it very Down to under my skin and it burns. I didn’t wanna say anything at the time because they were way past the closing time and they were trying to close for the evening and I just wanted to get out of there as soon as I could.

Made sure to emphasize three times that I did not want a manicure, just a gel removal and a pedicure. No complaints on the pedicure it was fine considering I asked for a basic one. The removal of the gel on my hands took awhile but understandable considering I had extensions. However, she drilled onto my FINGERS causing them to bleed, put my fingers to soak in dish on top of a heater (150 degrees Fahrenheit????) causing them to burn, and caused my cuticles to bleed AGAIN with the clippers. She threw a nail strengthener on top and charged me for a manicure which I specified I didn't want causing a $60-70 appointment to cost $92. I also specified earlier I'd pay in cash assuming it would only be $70 but the extra $20 meant i had to leave and come back to pay for a service I DIDN'T ASK FOR. My hands are hurt and crusty and I feel robbed.
