I shopped for everything today. I was so disappointed with the people in the clothes department as nobody would help me. Same deal in the shoe department. Utterly disappointed I went to the cosmetics department expecting the same thing however, I was so pleased with my experience with Whitney. She went above and beyond to help me. I don't wear makeup but I thought it was time to start wearing it. I've never worn makeup so I have no clue really as to what I needed. I'm 56 years old and Whitney applied makeup and I didn't like it. She removed it and turned me on to tinted moisturiser. Whitney hooked me up! What a great woman. I would recommend her to everyone. This mall is older but dont let that fool you! The OVM is active and thriving adding new stores and new experiences all the time. The mall holds events for customers almost daily for example every Tuesday is toddler Tuesday! The mall holds big events around every holiday shopping experiences shopping giveaways as well as Santa Claus in Easter Bunny visiting every year! We we're shopping for dress shirts to go with husband's new suits at JCPENNEY. My husband is a large man. Size 3x. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. It was hard to find the size he needed in the colors he wanted. There was a buy one get one half off. But could only find one shirt to fit him from the shelf. He found a Shack brand shirt he liked that was 60.00 but was 40% off. He also found two ties he liked. We went to the counter for them to ring us up.
