Long story short - I loved this place and would highly recommend. I did the immersive head therapy. If you're someone who loves head scratches, this is literally 1.5 hours of you laying in heaven.

What I'd recommend to the business: Add an explanation of what is involved during the treatment when booking online. As someone who is claustrophobic and has trouble breathing, I got really scared when I was put in an enclosed capsule full of steam. I had no idea it was coming because there was an eye mask on. It would've been nice to know so I could ask to omit that part before the treatment started as it disrupted the flow.

With that said, let me explain all the beauties of this treatment! You start off by getting your scalp evaluated with a camera that magnifies your head. We were both able to see mild dandruff on me and oiliness. From there she was able to decide what is the best route (I.e shampoos, serums, masks, treatments, etc.) to choose from. You will have to take your shirt off afterwards and put on a robe before getting on the bed. She then starts off with a forehead, temple, neck, and shoulder massage. After that's finished, she puts on a heated eye mask and then begins all the hair things. I don't know what exactly she used on me but I felt like my hair was washed with different products about 5x, and throughout it all she is massaging my head nonstop. Once it came to the hair mask that was when the steam under the enclosed capsule was put on. There is a water ring around your head that waterfalls on you to rinse your hair multiple times as well. She also uses a head scratcher which gave me so many tingles! The treatment finishes off by washing your neck and shoulders. She ends it by using red light therapy, high frequency comb, then blow drying your hair and straightening/styling it. I felt so refreshed and can not wait to go back! I cannot recommend this service unfortunately. I was there for scalp treatment and person who did massage of the neck scratched my back and it’s really unpleasant. Also it could get infected. I just came back and noticed it because it is quite painful. Why would you keep your nails long when doing massages and working with scalp/face areas. Also I am unsure how the disinfection process is happening, for example, for that pillow where I put my neck to, when I asked the person in the beginning she acted like she didn’t understand the question. I have also clarified if they are estheticians to be offering facials, and they said no. definitely they should be more transparent on cleaning/disinfecting part and also not having long nails when doing when you work with skin and doing massages. The concept is great, but I wish they would pay more attention to important stuff and it also has to be adapted to people with different hair types and structures. Chose this spot for my first scalp spa experience for their robust procedure with many steps and the time length for the price. Had the 1.5 scalp treatment, which starts out with an initial scalp analysis with the camera, then a face massage with an essential oil followed by a shoulder massage, and scalp massage (dry). Then they wet the hair and do a deep cleanse twice (they used a very minty shampoo for me and scratched every inch of my scalp to get rid of buildup and dandruff), more scalp and neck massages with some tools, scalp conditioner, hair mask with steaming, and anti-dandruff mist, blowout, and Moroccanoil hair treatment oil. They may have forgotten to show us the results on the camera afterwards though. The staff are very kind and ask for feedback on massage pressure and water temperature.
