Me and my wife go to Ripleys all around the US. It is the funnest ever to us. Well sucks to say but this experience was kinda shitty. It started out strong. The front desk guy with glasses was really nice. Then when going through the Ripleys it was so HOT. We are in Florida. Use AC. This area is a tourist attraction, people are not from Florida when they visit this area. So that made it really frustrating. Then our second problem was the Wax Hand molding. The employee was super inattentive and just gave a very rude aura off. Like cold shouldering, not explaining things properly. Just her attitude was tough to be around when we are trying to have fun with the experience. She was on her phone not doing her job for about 5 mins of her texting away facing towards the wall. Then she didn't correctly put our order in for the hand/picture combo. So we had to wait 15 extra minutes just for the mistake to get fixed. Only then when her manager was around did her tone change. fake nice is insulting. Then when we get to the mirror maze, the attendant for that wasn't polite and very blunt. Like we were a problem for showing up. It just took this very fun Date from people across the country into like a bummer. Drop the experience alot. Probably won't come back to this Ripleys. I would like to stress this has nothing to do about race, gender or religious orientation. I don't want people to assume wrong, this is about customer service and how this very special day we planned for a week (which is one of the few date nights me and my wife have together before my new baby is born.) was...

Review:
Last month, I enjoyed visiting Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum in Orlando, Florida. From the outset, with its ingeniously designed tilted building paying homage to Florida's frequent sinkholes, the experience promised to be unique.
Inside, the museum blends interactive exhibits with the odd and the mysterious. While the veracity of some displays, like the Egyptian mummies, might raise an eyebrow, there's no disputing the awe inspired by genuine anomalies, such as two-headed animals and the remarkable woman with three legs.
However, a note of caution for parents: while the museum offers a world of wonder, some exhibits, like the shrunken heads, may be deemed graphic for younger children. Parents should accompany their children through these sections to gauge appropriateness.
What truly enhances the experience is the opportunity to engage with some of the displays. It's not just about looking; it's about interacting and immersing oneself in the world of Ripley's. And, while I took a for-hire vehicle, the museum's parking provisions are commendable for those driving in.
I spent a captivating hour at the museum; each moment was a revelation. Ripley's in Orlando is a must-visit for those curious about the extraordinary corners of our world.
Tip: Carry your camera. There's a plethora of unique photo opportunities.
In summary, Ripley's Believe It or Not! The Museum in Orlando provides a mesmerizing journey into the curious and the wondrous. Highly...
Read moreI recently brought my family here when they came to visit me and it was such a good time for them.
When we got there, the lobby was packed, but the person behind the register (Andy) was able to move people along quickly. Despite it being busy and hectic (the lobby is small), Andy greeted myself and my family with a smile and was very pleasant. They were enthusiastic and did a great job explaining what the museum was to my family along with offering some additional perks.
While in the museum, one of the supervisors, Darnesha, was very kind. She helped my family navigate the museum. They needed to step out for a moment, so she escorted them out, and made sure that they were able to find their way back inside as well.
When we got to mirror maze, Dasia was great! She greeted us with a smile and did a great job of reassuring my family, especially my younger cousin, that there was nothing scary inside. She also reminded us of some of the additional perks. The maze was so fun and very clean. My family loved the light room!
On our way out, my family and I were greeted by one of the supervisors, Liz. She was also very pleasant and asked my family about their visit and whether, or not, they enjoyed the museum and mirror maze.
Overall, it was a great time! My family absolutely loved it! I tried to tell them they'd enjoy it, but I don't think they were 100% sold on it until we got there. The customer service, alone,...
