Observation Park — Attraction in Duluth

No car parking, you have to park a Ross the street in the neighborhood. Makes it very scary to cross over busy street with kids and pets. Small dog run, no water and no grass. The drive along skyline parkway with a stop at Enger Tower to climb to the top or just walk to the scenic overlook is a must do for anyone visiting Duluth.
